We're well into Spring 2026 now. CORONATION STREET THREAD. **No spoilers please.**

Can't believe we're on a new thread already. Filling up so fast these days!

Brief summary:

Todd has finally left the dreadful Theo, (after he badly beat up Todd,) but Theo is not keen on leaving him alone (although he has been told to by the police.)

Carla and Lisa (Swain) are planning on getting married very shortly.

Carl has been trying to extort money out of Summer for information, as he knows Theo killed Billy. (Summer knows this now too as Theo cornered her in the shop and told her as much, threatening to 'bury her too.') Summer is - very sensibly - not giving Carl a penny until Theo is arrested!

The ghastly Megan (Trainer) seems to have vanished, so Sam is relatively safe for now, but Sam has been having hallucinations and keeps seeing Will there - coming at him - when Will is nowhere near. Toyah, Leanne, and Eva have tricked Megan into meeting her (by sending a text from the burner phone Megan gave Will, and pretending to be Will...) Not sure what they're going to do when they meet her!

Ben Driscoll has just found out the man he knew as dad is not his bio father, and Jim McDonald is actually his father (so he is.)

The effervescent Debbie is declining a little bit more by the week, but is still in fighting spirit, and is seeing Carl for the parasite he really is. The gorgeous Ronnie is always by her side. Carl has just decided to cause a flood in Debbie's hotel by leaving the taps running in one of the rooms, after she told him he was very difficult to love, and refused to let him have half the hotel after he threatened to report Ronnie to the police for hitting him.

Shona's annoying sister Jodie is causing trouble all over the place! She's stolen Lisa's police badge, and a girl she uses to be a nanny for has turned up. Jodie is not happy about this!

Probably a bit more is happening, but I'm sure it will come up soon.

All day I thought tonight I'd see who died. Why did some of us think the big reveal was today? When's the next episode please?

Can someone explain what the Jodie situation was about I couldn’t make head or tale of it ! Thought Carla would have worn something more feminine looked like she was taking on the masculine role. Liked Lisa’s outfit I do think the actress is attractive.

Liked Fit Kits comment about lesbians in the police force tho wonder if there will be some complaints lol

Wow, Carla and Lisa are both stunning. I can't believe Alison King is 53. I am scared one of faves will die or leave. Carla and David and Todd have been there forever. Please let them survive! Scared for Todd with Theo on the scaff.

Why was there even scaffolding?

We laughed our heads off at “?” hiding behind the shortest scaffolding plank ever.
I didn’t like Carla or Lisa’s outfits. I think Lisa is beautiful. Carla looks awfully plastic nowadays. She used to be so pretty.

The chuckle brothers could have spun round with a plank and caused mayhem. Multiple casualties.

I thought Carla really suited her outfit, she never really wears dresses much. Lisa’s outfit was just weird. I kept thinking how uncomfortable all those pearls must have been and they looked like she had smallpox or something.

I don't like the type of dress Lisa was wearing. Then again I don't like Lisa either! I was surprised Carla wore trousers because I always think of her in long swishy skirts. I can't get invested in the two of them at all due to my dislike of Swain.

I’m just so pissed off that we still don’t know who’s dead. Kill the lot of them off as far as I’m concerned. I’m getting past caring.

Where has Mal gone? What is going on with Jodie? Have they let Lily have the i pad now? She seemed to have it the other day.

Thought it was a boring episode after all the build up . Lame wedding and the ridiculous reception in the factory . As if Carla would have been happy to have sausage rolls in her knicker factory !

I thought it was Betsy screaming ? Although it was very faint and they thought it was foxes.
Is Roy’s cafe all fixed up now after the fire ?

Ollie could have whipped up something better. At least the champagne was free thanks to Nick.

If Roys Rolls gets a great new look/makeover that's something to look forward to. 👍

I bet it wasn’t Theo on the scaffold (which coincidentally looked into Todd’s flat!), it’s too obvious, surely?
But if someone did get hit on the head with a scaffold plank and fell off they’d definitely look bad enough to make Betsy scream! (she looked lovely at the wedding by the way)

There are enough planks getting paid on Corrie. They have speaking roles though. Another one last night but doubt it's got a bank account.

I can’t unsee ‘ small pox’ now for Lisa’s dress and I liked it.

I had to look up Tina ( who died on Carla’s last wedding day ) and she fell off a balcony.

That's a point, was Carl ever questioned about being the driver after Debbie was released from prison?

I'm hoping TCTheo got confused with whether he was putting his tiny plank to me or to you and fell off the scaffolding and the coroner will say it was his own bloody fault because it was badly erected.
