I've just caught up - haven't read all the comments because I don't want to know about the follow-up programme. Blimey. Honestly, I think Danny did say it and I'm not impressed with his whole 'I'm so upset that you believe it' bollocks - making it all about himself and not considering how she feels. Poor Chris - clearly wishing she'd stayed away.

Watching the dinner party again. Seeing Brooke walk in and Chris’s reaction. He thought she might’ve been there for him. I feel more sorry for him.

I'm watching it too as I missed part of the dinner party the other evening. Really does my head in (not just in this series) how some of the women have to scream each time someone they're friends with walks in. I mean, grow up! It's not like they don't know they're going to be seeing them (instances like Brook's return aside, obvs). I've never understood it, and it's so grating.

Call me naive but I believe Danny when he says Gia is not his type.

Bec was joining in the mean girl behaviour and it’s come back to bite her. On second watching I’m astounded at Brooke’s behaviour. Disgusting bullying and mocking.

Won't say too much as I'm not sure if it counts as spoilering, but has anyone seen Brook's Instagram? (Don't look at it if you don't want spoilers as her other posts will give something away.) An article I read pointed to a rather 'interesting' post she'd put on there which may have been a reference to her behaviour at this dinner party.

Well he’s guaranteed a woman and one that has to go out with him for at least a week (even longer if he keeps writing “stay”).
I still think the ixperts get it wrong by giving these inept guys strong women. They suit a quiet, wet lettuce who turns out to enjoy filth in the sack. Instead they get pawed and prodded by women who quite rightly want affection but are rejected by the guys who rightly feel a bit like meat.

I use the app. I find it much better than the desktop.

Jesus H Christ, we all want nice, kind men; we want our sons to become them; we want our daughters to date/marry one - but the second one appears on MAFS, loads of you question whether he's really gay. It happens every single year. It's an absolute disgrace

I record and watch in the morning (retired) so I can skip the ads, plus the next 30 to 60 seconds as that's always recap time. I can get through it in approx 45 mins instead of 90mins like this.

Yes, the screaming is so infuriating and a weird reaction. There was a group of girls in a city centre bar yesterday screaming every time another one of the group arrived, so it look like its infected every day life now.

I do that too, I can't keep up with reading and watching at the same time. Although some of the comments don't make sense after the moment so the thread can be a bit disjointed.

I watch online so I'm always a minute or two behind.

I record and watch about half hour behind so I can forward through the ads.

I also watched the dinner party again as DD back from uni and hasn’t seen it. DD has seen all the spoilers on TikTok (and told me)so knows what is currently going on with Brooke. But on second watching it’s just so bizarre Brook’s behaviour. Like what does she think is going to come from behaving like this other than being universally despised by everyone? It’s so so strange. She had to have been on something.

And Gia just looks like a performing seal, guffawing and clapping alongside her. I feel so sorry for her daughter who will probably get bullied at school about her Mum. Utterly selfish and thoughtless of her.

I think Brook is under the impression that because she’s conventionally attractive and a model 🙄 the world should fall at her feet. Her character beneath the surface though seems plain awful.

Has the ND label been attached to Steven yet? Like when he told Rachel he could kiss her but couldn’t guarantee she’d feel any passion from it. Though brutal his honesty (awful for poor Rachel at the time) did show at least more integrity & thought for her than the lame excuses some of the others have used to get out of any “intimacy”. Like Steve’s pearl clutching Conservatism (with Rebecca) or Danny’s desire to be Best Mates with Bec before having any chemistry 🙄

I thought his assessment of the situation & options he said he faced in that moment v ND like. So think it may play a part in why he’s had so little experience & confidence with women. Which unfortunately can be a real turn off in itself though! I kind of hope she can see past or work with it, but don’t know if she will. Oh yeay only another few hours & we get to find out 🤣
