I can’t believe Drippy Ross (Dross?) is seriously expecting Vicki to have Joel back in her sister’s house! Why did Vic even contemplate it? Surely the writers aren’t going to bring Joel back and then have Zack and Vic conducting a sordid affair under the noses of Ross & Joel? That’s not a plot I want to see unfold…

My heart sank when the predictable happened and Jasmine got off, Kat offered her a bar job and Josh decided to stay on the Square. That means months more of bad drama school kid acting and obviously a drawn out love triangle with Oscar, probably culminating with Jasmine walking in on Oscar shagging her brother on Christmas Day. Oscar is better than this storyline!

Dross ! I do like a mash up name and that is brilliant.
He did bully Vicki into letting Joel return ( to someone else’s house) and if Sharon was around she would say no, especially with Albie there too. However, she is feeling guilty over Zac, so she feels cornered into agreeing plus it’s a few months off, so probably not thinking straight I suppose.

I would only want to see Ravi or Mark in the hot-tub. It’s really slim pickings on the square. Will is growing into a very handsome man but since he’s still so young it feels very inappropriate to add him😭

If anyone from the EE team is on here (I live in hope and did hear a rumour they are on soap forums): PLEASE read the room and get rid of Jasmine. Do not prolong her contract beyond its current end. If you have to continue with her character you need to recast a new head immediately.

I read today that Nicola is leaving :(
Probably fake news , I hope it’s not true.

I can understand why newer, talented actors want to leave. They won’t keep hold of the likes of Oscar for long. I expect the established older actors are there for the convenience and pay check at this point.

Is it true she was involved in an altercation with another cast member that required intervention?

I don’t do Facebook but it seems that’s fan speculation about Laura Doddington leaving as there’s nothing official out there about it.

Nic can't be leaving, she's sat in the bar on NYD 2027.

I suspect Oscar will leave next year. I agree he is too good for the Jasmine triangle nonsense, although I quite like him and Josh together. Once Pierre leaves I doubt he'll ever return, they will have to recast. So I will enjoy him while I can!

Oscar and Nicola are two of the strongest characters currently. I hope they don’t leave too soon!

I know Nic is popular on here but I can't stand her. I find her really difficult to watch (not in a good way!)

Caught up :
I was trying to think who Ian's dead wives were but of course Laura (fell down the stairs ) and Mel wife of all of fifteen minutes (run over by a Big Truck).

I missed Zac in his towel (not worth rewinding for though)

Who was at the table when Ian was handing out his Campaign Leaflets . He slid it onto the table and a hand retrieved it , the finger tapped the paper (it was the Jasmine in Jail one). Must be some significance to do with her being released .
Her adoptive mum ? (Fisher?) Not Chrissie , she wouldn't be able to hide there .

All I can think of was that they didn't think Zoe could carry the scenes as well as kat
Anyone would think it was Kats daughter not Zoe's
Zoe seems to not be central to it all,after the hype of her arrival,this should be her time to shine ...both kids in Walford ...but instead kat gets the scenes
Kat and nic are clearly the best actors at the moment in EE
What's all this nonsense I'm reading on Facebook that NIC is leaving after a Barney with Bea backstage..and Bea getting replaced for leaking scripts
Really hoping it is all nonsense..they would be mad to let nic go ...not so bad to let Bea go

Love the word ‘ Barney ‘ though ! My family used to use it a lot for any arguments or rows.

I don’t know what Zac and Vicki see in each other. He is nice, but a bit flaky and she isn’t she his type at all. She doesn’t seem suited to Dross either , but it isn’t as silly as the idea of him mooning over her when he can have almost any woman and was once with Whitney.
Alfie has been back from Oz a while now and not mentioned Spencer at all has he!

Too obvious to be Cindy. I think that whole telling Sam is to make it look like it’s her when really it will more likely be Bea the way the show is going at the minute

80s you're right Alfie was so worried about Spencer he flew across the world to see him, but hasn't given him a mention since he got back!

I admit that I had to mute a lot of that today. Too much shouting ! I liked Vicki’s make up , but the rest was just hen / stag do tedium. I don’t know who took the photo , but I read online they try to blackmail for money.
Nigel looked poorly and seems Phil has abandoned him. Zac and Sam have so much chemistry , Vicki and him just don’t and she drew the last straw on outfits compared to the others.
