I'm getting rubbish picture quality on Sky.
Not a good start for Elena Rybakina. I was trying to watch Jasmine/Sara in the doubles, but the picture was too bad.

Once again, seeing Jiri Lehecka, i am struck by how much he looks like Iga

I was glad to see that Fils beat Tommy Paul- but it was a very tight match- 3 tie breaks.
Aryna and Coco in the women's final. Bit more open in the men's , with Lehecka and Fils as outsiders in one semi final, and Sinner/ Zverev in the other.

Jannik could be on for Sunshine Double.

It would be lovely for Jiri to win but can’t see it happening sadly (unless Jannik is ill).

The women’s final could be more interesting if Coco is on form.

Jiri will only realy have a chance if Pannik turns up, which I think is unlikely- but Jannik could be ill, it does happen. At least it's a different face in a men's final.

Coco will have the crowd on her side, and Aryna can get a bit tetchy under those kind of circumstances. So, it should be an interesting final. Coco will need to keep her serve under control.

Jannik didn’t look well last night but that could just be the horrible pastel outfit. He had a little stumble as well but it’s hard to know if it affected him because to me he always looks like he has a bit of a limp!

Between Aryna screeching and the USA chanting crowd that’s going to be one for the mute button.

Pissing rain in Florida

I hoped to watch the women's doubles final and saw that that was suspended- I keep going back to see if they are any closer to geting started, but it is not looking good.

Gigi reminded Tim ealier that he broke one of the machines last year they used to suck up the water. He's not allowed on the court this year .

oof. Before the rain delay, Jasmine and Sara were doing ok- , it was really close, but since the match re-started, they quickly lost the first set, and are 1-4 down in the second.

And Siniakova / Townsend have won.

Well done Jannik. I didn’t see much of it. Poor Jiri didn’t stand a chance.
