I was able to watch a bit of Cam and Aryna’s matches earlier but then had to go out to missed the end of Cam’s match. Pleased to see he was able to pull it back and also
pleased to see wins for Arthur and Emma.

Sad to see Fran Jones and Felix both had to retire injured.

I saw the Felix result earlier in the night, and did wonder what happened.
Marin has just beaten Altmaier 6-0 6-0 7-6- - very pleased for Marin, but it seems an odd score line from Daniel , so I aonde if he's ill too.

Stan has won his first round match and proved his WC was worth the initial punt. Along with Jordan Thompson- who beat Cerundolo the Younger .
ADF through after losing the semi final the other day. He faces Opelka next.

Stan's 5 setter was pretty emotional.
I'm going tomorrow - will be seeing Keys and then Shelton.

I’ve been score watching and listening to the radio - seems like there have been a lot of retirements already - hope they’re all ok -I think it’s forecast to get even hotter this week?

I’m always surprised when I see Djok’s name come up - I seem to have forgotten about him - he just seems to pop up at the Slams and then disappear again (wish he would just disappear altogether!)

I have just got back in- and see that Iga is in a bit of a fight . Mirra Andreeva is also down a set to Donna Vekic.
Pleased to see Barbora Krejicikova has started well against Shnaider- that looked like a tough opening round.

TNT are dire.

I know I've been spoilt- I only ever used to get 2 channels for AO anyway with Eurosport ( if they didn't swap to skiing mid match .

They are spoiling us on the red button today though- I've just discovered Barbora- (and 3 other matches). Her knee is heavily strapped up.
