Our broadband has gone AWOL today and it’s a bank holiday weekend here (Saint Brigid or Birgit in Norway if Casper needs a name for today!) so I don’t think anyone is going to be in a rush to fix it. And neither of them really know much about tennis (though Dh did check on me to ask who had won earlier today ). He knows I loathe Djok though. And knows better than to set me off on a rant...

I always used to watch tennis with my mum- but our favourites over the years have not aligned (she liked Andy Murray, and Djok, and didn't like Rafa)- and she tends to just watch the Brits, just because. And I don't do that .

I've got to take the dog to the vet for his monthly arthritis injection in a bit . He knows something is afoot- I gave him a bath last night (for no reason, as far as he was concerned), and he had an extra early walk.

I've got Sky tennis on my Virgin box (channels 508 and 520). Cluj is supposed to be showing on there. I think Raducanu's match is scheduled for 4pm, so if they are showing it, it will be on then. .
They have just showed the end of the Danilovic match in Cluj, but have been focusing on Abu Dhabi. (Ostapenko is playing).

You will probably still be one up on half the commentators - who don't ever seem to be able to name anyone who isn't in the top 3 . Always seems partlicularly bad at Wimbledon.
