This week will feel a bit flat now the AO has finished. DD and I have had such a happy time with multiple visits. We bought our tickets months ago as an earlybird special. Already talking about our strategy for next year. As well as all the matches we saw I loved getting to see the players practise. Also love the way multicultural Melbourne can rally a crowd to support a player from any nationality.

There are a few challenges at home at the moment and it has been such a treat to have been so absorbed in this tournament.

Always a bit of slump when a slam finishes, but there are a couple of tournaments to keep me ticking over next week - Montpelier (Stan is playing there), and the women are in Abu Dhabi (this is the time of year I get confused because the men and women play places like AD /Doha/ Dubai on different weeks).

Casper is supposed to be going to play Dallas from the 9th. Not sure if he will still go there- although he was a finalist last year.
