That goes for so many historic soap plotlines. Why don't they just bloody report stuff? It's the hiding of it that makes it a crime!

Yeah. And if you watch carefully his ears move independently of the rest of his face. I find it fascinating.

I watch both soaps and I found Corriedale quite novel, and at the same time
confusing.

I personally think they've taken a leaf out of the american orange one's book
and tried to do something spectacular to distract and take the attention away
from storylines that have been started and they don't know how to stop. In this case something 'spectacular' that will tie up all the loose ends up in one fell swoop because in both soaps it was all getting really draggy and the audience
was getting bored and wanting some results. So mix them both together, have a really good clearout of
seemingly endless plotlines, and pretend it's fantastic telly. Then hope all those plotline ends will get so confusing and pointless that everyone will give up and forget about them.

I suppose it comes from watching far too much about 'murican politics but
it genuinely struck me that it was not dissimilar from this modus operandi.
