Just caught up. I’m glad Ravi came clean but Priya is being way calmer than I would be!!

The Ravi storyline is doing my head in. Ravi doesn’t wonder why he hallucinated Nish and beat up Nugget, thinks it's odd but no mystery apparently. Priya and Ravi are good actors but even they struggled to convince me about any of it. Nice to see Suki arrive with her handbag though.

Harry is being ever more stupid. Where's that eyeroll emoji 🙄

It can’t be a coincidence that Bea looks like Honey, and Honey is suddenly involved in Linda’s life for no apparent reason. There must be some kind of mistaken identity thing in the offing.

I am wondering if Bea will try to take over Linda’s life .. stalker or something like that , maybe try to get revenge on her ? It’s a bit of a mystery as to why she is there tbh. She’s turned up out of nowhere not even a relative of anyone. Unless she turns out to be a distant relative , Linda’s dad had an affair with a man , but maybe he also had an affair with a woman and she is Linda’s half sister ? Although she resembles Honey more.

I don't know but I hope she doesn't feature too heavily as she's really annoying!

I thought Jasmine's overreaction at Patrick's when it was mentioned Antnee had other kids 'who didn't deserve to lose him' was guilt, another sign that it was her who killed him.

And still no one has asked for a DNA test, she could be anyone!

Really not warming to either of the new women characters (Jasmine and Bea). Glad Zoe is off screen too and Anthony has gone for good.

Only good newcomer is Oscar tbh!

Shelling, they are all gullible! You would get a DNA test done. It’s easy enough to arrange I think.
Instead , Kat has disappeared on a wild goose chase , Alfie seems to have taken her to his heart and still nobody has bothered with Zoe.

Yeh Zoe is in jail and no one is giving her a moment's though, despite all of them pandering to her every whim for the previous four months!

Instead we've moved on to more unbelievable nonsense with hallucinations and head injuries. At least Ravi and Priya can act though.

Poor Nugget though !

Could Bea be the woman in Max's bed in the look-forward episodes Not sure how likely it is that she'd get pregnant, but if she's Linda's age and Linda popped one out 4 years ago, it's not impossible!

Bea is great. Much needed.

Bea is 51 ( her driving license said born 1974)
I don’t think she is the pregnant woman.
I am disappointed to read she is around all year , was hoping she wouldn’t be tbh.

Linda is 48 and Annie is nearly 5 I think?
Bea said she was a few years older than her as she was in the sixth form at the start of the bullying.

I find this Ravi story so not engaging and a little bit of Bea goes a very long way, but it was nice to see Oscar (in today’s episode).

I find it strange that Bea says she was bullied by girls three years younger than her. And from the story she told Penny it's obvious she's a fantasist (by which I mean, liar).

Not liking Bea RA is acting like she's on a completely different show. Seems really off. This Ravi stuff is going on a bit now. It's so good to have a break from Zoe and My son. Jasmine seems better also.

Which place does George want to buy ? Was Walford east Ravi’s old restaurant?
Why isn’t Pet ahh ever around for these family gatherings? Lauren leaves the boys with him a lot , does he not work anymore ? Nice to see Oscar, but their dad is a nightmare isn’t he!
The new Bea character is annoying , she has lovely hair and a nice figure, but her personality is so intense.
At least Honey is funny at times and kind.

I agree, it’s the actress not the character that isn’t fitting in.

Bea is definitely a fantasist ! She told E Laine and Linda something about a job with the government ( I think it was them ) it sounded made up.
I wonder if she has any children ?
I read an interview in a mag with the actress and she said that Bea wants to copy people!

It feels very odd at the moment. So many people away, nobody’s too bothered that Zoe is still on remand.
Nobody has checked Jasmine isn’t lying or her background/ DNA test.
Priya wanting to cover up what happened with nugget, what if he remembers everything after a while?
Now Ravi is on the rampage!

I’m enjoying Bea. I’m also enjoying angry Ravi with his hair down.

I'm enjoying Angry Ravi too. And I thought Priya's speech in the hospital to him made sense.

One minute Harry swears revenge on Ravi (but lets mummy actually do it) and the next he’s crying about being found out. How was ‘going away for a few days’ going to achieve anything, did they think Ravi will have forgotten by the weekend.

Oscar is such a great addition, he has really cheered Lauren up.

Bea is a head case.

I wonder if Nugget will remember what happened (depends on whether the plot requires it I suppose!). I had a similar head injury to Nugget a while ago. As I'm not on EastEnders it didn't involve being hit by a hallucinating drug dealer, I just fainted in a confined space so when I fell I hit my head on the wall. After a while I did 'remember' what happened, although actually I think I just pieced together what must have happened, it wasn't really a 'memory'.

I did predict that ( possibly) Nugget will remember, but only after a short bout of amnesia.
( fiction books with amnesia storylines were big in the early 00s!)
However, my trusty magazine is saying that Nugget becomes scared to go outdoors next week , but Ravi tries to get him to overcome his fears so I assume he comes home next week. He isn’t aware yet of what actually happened.
