It is. I reported and didn’t expect anyone to be on it as it’s Xmas and quite frankly people should be able to spend with families and not sort out squabbles

I liked it! I loved how it wasnt horribly serious. Looking forward to hearing other views after it’s aired 😁

Started a couple of minutes late. Love the set up to include Mal and Anne. DH said Mal’s plans for Christmas Day is what we’ll do when the kids have left 😬

I'm watching it now and not really enjoying it. It's all a bit silly rather than funny.

It's awful. Poor script, ridiculous storyline and lacking in any laughs.

It lacked ‘something’ not being set in London, and I missed the Della and Fi characters. But mostly, it was as funny as toothache.

Such a disappointment. Great actors working with a very thin script. Can’t believe I stayed up for that.

I did not enjoy that at all!

I enjoyed it but the Jennifer Saunders character was v similar to my MIL so I guess it hit home more here.

I really liked it, yes very silly storyline but the sneeze and you’ll miss them one liners, under the breath asides and visual gags really made me laugh. One I’m definitely rewatch at Christmas. I loved Anne having the tastiest cava she’s ever had and Amanda falling in the haha.

It was pretty weak.

It was such a let down

I was thinking of the Motherland Christmas special from 2022, which I’ve rewatched four times. That had heart and laughs, so different to this rubbish.

It wasn't bad. About the best thing that's been on today although admittedly, that's not a high bar.

That episode is really good. It has all the bits you love from the main series but also serves the plot like Amanda’s last Christmas in her house, and Julia’s chocolate teapot husband. Benefits from having the full cast though.
