Good win for GB vs Japan in the United Cup. Can't see us beating Greece though.

It has been a long match between Stan and Flavio- Stan is not giving up.

Think it's going to a 3rd set tie break.

I have been taking down my tree and decorations- because I can't do it in the next couple of days.
I always hate it when the decorations come down. Even though they've been up 5 weeks

I saw Stan supporting Belinda Bencic but didn’t see him play but sounds like it was a close match

I can’t quite get my head around the United Cup or Australian timings yet - I’ll hopefully get to see some over the next few days when everyone goes back to work - I might get snowed in as well

DH took our Christmas decs down yesterday - I’m always a bit sad when we take our Christmas tree down - pooping Rafa is not just for Christmas though - he’s staying up

To be honest, I don't really see the point of the United Cup, but think the top players may be using it for a bit of practice before AO. After all, Casper knows that ultimately he is Norway- so they unlikely to win .

There are other events going on at the same time too - Musetti is playing in Hong Kong, rather than being part of the United Cup team. And Brisbane starts tomorrow?

Yes I’ve never really understood the United Cup Raahh - it looks as if Casper couldn’t quite manage to do it all on his own own!

I think that Brisbane has already started - that could be something to go with the time difference though - gets me every

Yes, Casper lost to Jakub Mensik in the Czechia tie. So Team Norway are good as gone.
Spain doing a bit better against the US- Jaume Munar continuing where he left in 2025 , by putting up a good fight against Fritz, but ultimately lost.

I always sing ‘I’m Billy ‘arris’ in a weird cockney accent to myself whenever I see him (I only do it in my head not out loud!)

Does anyone know when we get told if we've been successful in the Wimbledon ballot? I can never remember.

@xSideshowAuntSallyXx i think emails started going out in November, but I think they can carry on until about February/March time so there’s still hope! I’m still hoping myself…

I didn’t get my tickets until about March/April last year through the LTA ballot SideshowAuntSallyXx which was a bit of a surprise so maybe you’ve still got a chance

Some people return their tickets if they can no longer attend so I think they can still become available - good luck!
