I hope Carlos is making the right decision, or everyone will say it's because of the split (if he suddenly goes on a losing streak).

Maybe he has his eye on a replacement. Doubt he'll be shprt of offers.

In some ways it's a pretty tough gig for a new coach. Carlos' results have been great so anything less is going to look like failure. Also, his whole team are Spanish and he seems to want to keep his home base in Murcia rather than moving to Monte Carlo or somewhere like that. So any new coach has to be willing to fit into that set up. It will be interesting to see who he ends up with.
