Felix must be pretty confident of his spot, because he has with drawn from Metz- although that means that Musetti could go ahead of him and steal the spot. But Lore would have to win the tournament - something he hasn't done for a couple of years.

I will absolutely only believe Djok is playing Turin when he steps on court. Hopefully he will tweak something in Athens and bore off to the Maldives. If he does play it would certainly be worth Lore turning up as first alternate (assuming he doesn’t win Athens) because I wouldn’t bet on Djok making it through multiple matches. He’ll probably do something annoying like turn up, win his first match through mind games and fake injury bollocks, and then withdraw, completely mucking up the draw.

Ice It's him turning up, and then withdrawing after the draw, and messing it up , that will annoy me. (And it won't be the first time, and I know Rafa did it too).

But he's had weeks of stringing people along, because he will know it's being discussed, and he could make it so easy by just with drawing now.

Turning up for the obligatory photo shoot, and then deciding ' nah, I've strained a muscle in my ear -pointing finger, so I can't play', will just piss me .

I always think that about the shriekers and grunters- especially the women. It's habit. It's nothing at all to do with effort. If it's happening at the end of a 26 shot rally, I will review my opinion.

I’m not wanting to defend Djok but I think the current rules are that you cannot withdraw from the WTFs while you are still taking part in a tournament (if that makes sense) - so as long as Djok remains in the Athens tournament he is still in theory eligible and in the draw for the WTFs (although I wouldn’t put it last him to leave it until the very last minute and mess the draw up!)
