Well, I must say that Lore's win has made the maths for the Jimmy Connors group quite interesting. Everyone can still qualify even if some scenarios are more likely that others.

Re-watching the end of the match from last night- such a massive effort from Lore. (And a lot easier to watch when you know the result! )

It's going to be a huge ask to beat Carlos, though, to go through. For the complicated maths to work out , he will need to win in straight sets.

He will need the Carlos who lost to Norrie to turn up .

Lore does need to beat Carlos to qualify, but not necessarily in straight sets. He could also qualify with a 3 set win if Alex beats Taylor.

I am torn because I would love Lore to qualify, but I want Carlos to get the year end number 1. My preferred scenario would be for Carlos to win the group and Lore finish runner up, which is mathematically impossible

Joe and Neal playing Harri and Henry now- I want Joe and Neal to win this one- but I think it will be tight.

Joe had the doctor out earlier. He's looking peakier than usual and Neal is sitting as far away as possible at the changeovers but still fist bumping all the time. Is that advisable?

Louis Cayer is conspicuous by his absence, which solves the problem of whose box he sits in.

I only saw the first set- and they didn't look too happy when they walked out- the first set was close. Looks like this set is not going so well.
