Am I the only person who didn’t understand nick’s logic? Surely if he thought there were more traitors on his team that’s even more reason to ensure his team wins?

He wanted to protect the maximum number of Faithfuls

TakeMeToAnIgloo · 23/10/2025 22:24

Cat using the neurodivergence was clever, as they can’t really bring it up again or discuss with the each other without seeming prejudiced, even though it’s a really valid point that the Traitors must be tired, if they do actually spend a lot of time deciding (I wonder if they really do, or if it’s all actually fairly quick!)

I don’t think Joe was being aggressive- he was making people feel uncomfortable which is what needs to happen to get them to trip up…

He was blocking Jonathan's chat show host deflection skills, which was a great tactic.

I think all the celebs will be queuing up to get on it!

Yes, I agree. I can totally see it as the celeb show that interests celebs who wouldn’t even consider the escape from the jungle thing (sorry name escapes me for the moment) or even Strictly which originally was more acceptable as reality shows go.

KittyHigham · 23/10/2025 22:25

Cat was extremely cynical using her autism and ADHD as an excuse
Cynical? I thought she was brilliantly quick with a very valid response.

PeonyPatch · 23/10/2025 21:40

I think that about Lucy.

Yes, it’s what always happens, the least effective and most sheep-like coast to the end ( Leanne, Meryl, etc.) Frustrating!

dapsnotplimsolls · 23/10/2025 22:26

'Contractually obliged' 😂

littlbrowndog · 23/10/2025 22:26

He’s really funny

CaveMum · 23/10/2025 22:27

We have the official answer at last!

14 deaths in Hamlet and Romeo & Juliet!

Holluschickie · 23/10/2025 22:27

God I love Alan! The way he punctured pompous Stephen Fry " old queen". But he messed up with the shield. Cat is brilliant too..Yes, use your ADHD.

I am surprised nobody picked Lucy for weakest player. She will likely win
Nick has cocked it up now with his stupid sabotage thing. Will likely be murdered.

Yes it was a spot on strategy if you are playing as a faithful team. It makes complete sense to maximise the protected faithfuls and be willing to sacrifice one of your own to win the end game.

I’m surprised Stephen never suggested it and if Jonathan were on the other side I think he would have suggested it.

Magicmonster · 23/10/2025 22:27

CeliaFarts · 23/10/2025 22:24

He wanted to protect the maximum number of Faithfuls

Yes but one faithful is going to be murdered either way, so he wasn’t protecting more people by his strategy. He was just increasing his own likelihood of being murdered

JaneJeffer · 23/10/2025 22:28

Joe W is so funny

opencecilgee · 23/10/2025 22:09

I really not totally convinced that this isn’t a bit scripted and planned

It's certainly heavily edited, Someone from an earlier series recently said that the Executive Producers would sometimes interfere to make competitors do what they want.
I can't understand why Lucy is still there, or even there in the first place, she contributes nothing and has such an irritating voice.

Lottapianos · 23/10/2025 22:28

Jonathan has more lives than a cat!

So glad to see the back of Stephen Fry and his hammy smugness. David needs to crawl out of Stephen's backside - fawning over him and saying that he would need to write him a letter of apology! FFS. Cringing for him

Alan really cocked up by forgetting he had a shield. Can't believe that no one but Lucy picked up on that. He is a brilliant Traitor though and I love how much he's loving it!

nettie434 · 23/10/2025 22:28

Cat Burns is playing a very clever game. Can't wait for next Wednesday.

IPartridge · 23/10/2025 22:28

Joe's almost correct!

littlbrowndog · 23/10/2025 22:29

Joe was right to get murdered. As he got 2 out of 3

Edited

It increases your chances of identifying a traitor and buys time more faithfuls. Its what I would do as a faithful in the game although I’d rather be a traitor 😊

littlbrowndog · 23/10/2025 22:29

Joe was right to get murdered. As he got 2 out of 3

And was correct on the faithfuls

Holluschickie · 23/10/2025 22:30

Joe M has a shield no? Nick doesn't.

TheHallmarkedMan · 23/10/2025 22:30

As a rugby and Quins fan, I’ve followed Joes career for many years. He’s totally being himself in the game. I think he had to go in hard. All the luvvies telling each other “oh darling of course I’m not, are you?” “GOD no!”, has got them precisely nowhere.

Appalonia · 23/10/2025 22:30

It's funny that no-one is surprised that JR was a traitor, but hardly anyone voted for him!

littlbrowndog · 23/10/2025 22:30

Say what David going to write a letter of apology !

grow a backbone David

Joe W is so funny

Agreed, and he was right about early all of them too! Pity nobody listened to him!
