i think because of their celebrity status they are too nice to each other, too trusting
except Joe Marler! he was gunning for actors, how wrong was he! ha ha
what a great game

Not really clear on why Celia (appeared) to now think JR isn't a traitor because Charlotte was murdered. Based on the fact she suspected both of them prior to the murder.

Forget uncloaked - Traitors really needs to have a follow on programme with a psychologist analysing the players behaviour

Yes there is one that I’ve listened to during previous non-celeb series after someone recommended in one of those threads. I really enjoyed it. it’s called “the psychology of…celebrity traitors”

they’re discussing at the point of two episodes in

I'm new to Traitors but it must be hard to come to a decision when nothing of note has really happened to inform it. I expected the Traitors to have to occasionally sabotage a task or carry out a mission of some sort to generate some material for the faithfuls to discuss.

I am enjoying it but I imagine jury rooms are like this. A few dominant voices and the rest follow like sheep - a scary prospect.

At least a jury have some evidence! I think it's nearly all guesswork on The Traitors. If you're a Faithful but get accused of being a Traitor, there's nothing you can say to prove otherwise.

Take a Chance means to Gamble!

We know that, I’m not as daft as I look, let’s face it, no one is that daft 😂

MrsLeonFarrell · 23/10/2025 07:22

Richard and Marina said that every celebrity would have a producer in their head which would affect how they play the game. Plus they all know their place in the celebrity hierarchy. Both of those factors seem to be affecting their decisions negatively.

My comment wasn't aimed at anyone in particular. Just a 💡moment.

Love all the love for series 2 Oz, the best ending of any of the series.

I don't find David attractive and I'm surprised to find myself fancying Joe W!

OMG yes! I'm not a huge fan of his comedy, but in person he seems like such a nice guy - and is aging very well it seems!

JoeMarlerseyes · 23/10/2025 07:32

I don't understand why they say Kate doesn't bring anything to the table. but ignore the fact that Cat doesn't either.
I think Mark will cry if he gets banished,
hope the 2 joes stay a while.

stickybear · 23/10/2025 07:33

Tofufuton · 23/10/2025 01:08

Kate threw out the names of two traitors tonight.

Lucy is so earnestly a faithful, which is a brilliant strategy for getting to the end, even if it is just her natural personality.

And Celia named Wossy and plays the game with an enormous sense of fun.

So I don't know why these three women are being picked on tonight for being "crap" when there's a whole round table, half-filled with men, being led up the garden path into measuring the "traitorousness" of two complete faithfuls.

Yes I thought both Kate and Lucy were pretty perceptive tonight, Kate at the round table and Lucy earlier on when she pointed out that Cat hasn't been voting for the faithful who have been banished. I like Lucy, she makes me laugh and I think she's pretty sharp.

xsquared · 23/10/2025 08:02

I don't know much about Lucy, and at times I think she is wither this series' Molly or perhaps the "dumb blonde one" is just an act?

xsquared · 23/10/2025 08:06

I'd be sad to see Mark go. Yes, David is intelligent, well spoken, blah, blah, but his constant putting Stephen Fry on a pedestal seems really odd to me.

Mydogisagentleman · 23/10/2025 08:08

I'm in the minority here. I don't understand the love for Celia.
Nick or Joe W to win

lettingthedaysgoby · 23/10/2025 08:09

nunsflipflop · 22/10/2025 23:24

If it is decided by Chance, who is Chance? 😂

Probably a three-headed dog...

IAmKerplunk · 23/10/2025 08:09

@xsquared I agree. I love David and how calmly he talks - very gently, but the adoration towards SF (who I also love) is a bit ott

IAmKerplunk · 23/10/2025 08:11

I love love love Joe W and want him to win or at least get to the final. Other Joe - not so much. Gutted Charlotte went out. Kate needs to be gone I think

Having been on four juries and been elected foreman 3 times you are right... I am pretty confident and willing to voice an opinion and have been elected as foreman (foreperson?) unopposed as a result

Ooh interesting - would you start an AMA about being a jury and being a foreperson? I have never been called to jury duty but really hope I will be one day!

KnickerlessParsons · 23/10/2025 08:25

I reckon “Chance” will be the three traitors.

Ratafia · 23/10/2025 08:30

Sparklesandspandexgallore · 22/10/2025 22:50

I like Lucy, she seems genuine.
Alan is showing his true colours he is very bitchy.
I think the two Joes are starting to look suspicious. JM was gunning for Mark and if he goes the others might think it looks mighty suspicious.
Also both Joes have managed to avoid getting many votes at the round table.
I want Celia to stay in, she is great.

When he was telling Mark that he was going to speak out about him at the Round Table and Mark wouldn't like it, he sounded incredibly childish. I wanted Mark to point out that no-one would like it if he was banished because he would be revealing that he was a faithful. Obviously Alan knows that, but it might have worked with anyone else who was around.

Ratafia · 23/10/2025 08:32

AbsentosaurusRex · 22/10/2025 23:02

Has anyone talked about the ending to tonight’s programme? It was a bit of a wash out wasn’t it. As if they hadn’t really thought about what to do in the event this happened.

Well, no. It was a cliffhanger, not a wash-out. They obviously have planned exactly what they would do as a tie is hardly impossible.

Why did Stephen tell Cat there is three traitors, not two? He doesn’t know that wonder if he’s trying to catch her out.

Ooh, clever, if so. Maybe he'll be pointing out in tonight's episode that it's quite odd she didn't challenge him on that.
