Thread one is slowly filling up but I like to be prepared

Here is a list of contestants - many thanks to @paperclipp for the list 🙌💕

• Gani - 39 Pizza Hut Manager. Claimed to be bi but is just gay and misogynistic imo-EVICTED
• Cameron, 22 Farmer friends with Derry Girl Jenny
• Caroline, 56 PR - mates with Nigel Farage, goes by the nickname 'Monkey'
• Nancy, 22 speaks 5 languages
• Marcus, 22 - mixed raced boy who had a mini showmance with Elsa which he ended. Handles himself well.

• Teja, 18 Bristolian, runs a cleaning business with her mum - the youngest in the house
• Zelah, 25, Trans man as of 2 years, will not stop talking about it 🙄🙄
• Emily - 25 Tory events manager looking for a husband - EVICTED
• Tate, 27 shiny buttocks, runs a Buff Butler business. V proud of his Engineering Masters with distinction
• Elsa, 21, influencer (she’s big on TikTok) , sees dead people & has found god. Seems very troubled.
• Sam, 27, uses he/they pronouns. Had a brief run in with George over George mocking his campness.
• Jenny - 20 DerryGirl - havent got a bloody clue what she is saying but love her

Then the newer housemates:

• Cameron B, 25, top shagger, lads lads lads vibes
• Feyisola, 33, former cop, wants a hysterectomy
• Richard, 60, was initially in the house to test it for production, before the show started and then was brought back. Has 50 eyes from a task, and was put up for eviction by Caroline
• George, 23, has been on a few tv shows as an extra. Is a parish councillor. Is not afraid to spout his opinions and the group aren't taking to him very well.

Phew!

Nominations tonight. Richard is already up, having been given the evil eye by Caroline

Pansexual means attracted to anyone and everyone... Men, women, transgender male to female, transgender female to male, and non-binary. Bisexual just means you like men and women.

I already knew what it meant but when I googed it, the answer came up immediately. Really baffled as to how people are still 'none the wiser' after googling it.

Quite a few sarcastic and not very nice comments on here about Gen Z, and how 'fragile' they are. (And about Zelah getting upset at Caroline's stupid comments.) Bit rude.

That used to be a cast iron rule of 2000s big brother when it was channel 4. Every female under 25 would declare herself Bi in order to appear more intriguing to get listless male housemates thinking they might be open to Girl On Girl. Davina McCall said as much

I agree with someone saying a while back then George probably doesnt haven't strong views about the rubbish he parrots. He just parrots it for shock moments.

We need to see why tbh but they will want to protect him - we will definitely see him on the stand up circuit - hes very Geoff Norcroft, wannabe Ricky Gervais 🙄🙄, definitely uses the 'r word' around his mates (which as a SEN mum, frightens me how funny teens find it)

The casting this year doesn't seem to have been very robust. The 'interesting' characters are interesting for the wrong reasons... George cast to be a shock jockey - now backfired, Zelah cast as a 'successful' trans man - story becoming boring because it seems to be all that defines him (although I do think he's an OK person), Elsa cast as a 'Disney Princess' but seems to have fragile mental health so not coping with any knock backs. Caroline probably looked good on paper but comes across as very forced 'fun', The ubiquitous young men - interchangeable and not offering anything compelling. Nancy - yawn. Sam - yawn.
On reflection, I think Marcus is probably OK - he needs to maintain his distance from Elsa and also not get too involved with the 'boys'.
Jenny, Teja, Richard, Cameron K (and probably Feyisola) worth keeping as individually and collectively they 'know who they are'. Shame Emily went on day 1 - as she was probably meant to be a foil for George.

I reckon Emily had something come out about her so they got rid of her to protect her from backlash

Annoyed that they’ve removed George and even more annoyed that they won’t be showing us what he said.

I actually warmed to George ever so slightly last night when he was comforting Caroline. I didn’t realise he had the ability to be empathetic until then.
