Saw Jeremy Bates at La Manga 8 years ago. Still a ridiculously fit bloke and wiped the floor with the club professionals, who were probably 35 years younger, in an exhibition match!

Brilliant win for Sonay! Really pleased for her although I do like Mirra too so am disappointed for her.

Chessie I like Mirra too- and I think she saw this as a big opportunity. She's has got a lot better at containing her emotions (she is still very young) but this loss would have stung a bit.

This has been an odd match- but the way the commentators are talking, you would think Iga had never lost to anyone before(not that she has yet) Or that Navarro was ranked outside the top 100. Iga is fallible. Ask Ostapenko
All that being said, I would rather Iga won this match than Emma.
