I’m hoping to wake up to see that Djok has lost although I can’t see him winning against Jannik or Carlos on their current form if he gets that far

I've been score watching the Taylor/Djok match, because I can't get back to sleep.
The first set went Djok's way easily and it looked like the second would too.
Unfortunately Djok has broken back and will probably still take the second after Taylor pulled it back to 5 all. Grr.

But in better news, was glad to see Sara and Jasmine through, and Joe and Neal.

Taylor could be about to take the 3rd set but without actually watching, I can't assume it's a turnaround in the match. Djok will probably bagel the 4th.

Disappointed to wake up and see Djok through. Hopefully Carlos can see him off!

I also had insomnia after getting back to the UK late last night and ended up watching a fair bit of Taylor vs Djok. Taylor was honestly rubbish, he couldn’t even put his headband on the right way. I’m so cross we have to suffer Djok in another SF. On current form Carlos should thrash him, provided he doesn’t get put off by the inevitable play acting and fake injury woes.

Sad for Marketa, she was playing so well. So many withdrawals this tournament.

I gave up on the 4th set, I could tell where it was heading.
I really hope Carlos has no issues- but I'm not ruling out any antics from Djok.

As expected , Djok was complaining when the crowd was getting behind Taylor. He moaned to the umpire, who was having none of it. I mean, the crowd did cheer his double fault. But if the shoe was on the other foot, and the crowd was full of Serbians doing the same he wouldn't be complaining then. He'd be roaring his head off like a loon.

Watched some of Neal and Joe last night. They don't make it easy for themselves! Shame Marcus lost to Y-fronts Machac but his partner lost it a bit in the 2nd set, which is when I turned off, and then they lost the 3rd 6-1!!

If this match goes to 5 sets , it could be a very long one.

Just turned on Felix and Alex - looks like it will be a good match! I don’t really mind who wins as I like both players (but probably a slight preference for Felix because he was very nice when we met him at Wimbledon a couple of years ago and had a photo with DD)!

This match has five set battle written all over it. And the victor will most likely get to lose to play Jannik. I’d prefer Felix to win. He’s making a lot of errors at the moment, if he can clean that up a bit I feel he should edge it.

I thought Alex was going to get the second set, but I'm glad Felix did.

Hard to call this match at the moment really. Both are making errors at crucial moments.
