Staying up stupidly late watching Rybakina and Vondrousova. I thought when she was playing Raducanu that Elena is kind of a closed book type with a secret smile. Like she was almost trying not to laugh at how easy it was.

All the stuff with her abusive coach is weird from the very little I've gathered. Does anyone know what happened? She supposedly says she never had a problem but she got rid of him. Hmmm...

Also I had no idea she was so tall; didn't spot that when she played Emma but she's 6 foot.

I missed the rest of Barbora's match, after the first set, tying to sort out our anniying Internet. No tv or Internet, so that was fun. Was very happy to see her win though. Would have been too stressful to watch!

Everyone else is retiring mid match or withdrawing - as per, his injuries can be switched on and off.

He really is a marvel! A veritable walking miracle!!

It's a wonder he can move at all, kazza sounds a bit like me, maybe he's peri-menopausal?

Elena is a bit of an enigma - the whole Vukic thing sounds very murky - I think they were in a relationship at one point but I’m not sure what’s happening now or why he’s been allowed back

I’m pleased for Marketa - l like her as a player but she’s been really unlucky with injuries since her Wimbledon win

Boo to Djokovic - I can’t even be bothered to read about his various ‘injuries’ - I will definitely be cheering Fritz on!
