I definitely thought Harry was negging Helena with the kissing game. I also thought he was trying to check was there a chink with Shakira which yippee there was not.

I’ve no sympathy for Helena, he is a snake and she chased that and honestly her cool girl vibe enables that in him, Shakira did not tolerate his BS for long.

Nothing gets between me and my food so I’ll give Dejon that but a simple “can you give me a few minutes” would have sufficed. As others have said you are required to go for chats so Yasmin could have at least expected that he would be required to follow the rules of the game.

Himself and Jake the snake are in serious competition for the number 1 snake spot with Harry and Harrison edging up the rear.

I wonder if Dejon is worried that Meg will do a Liberty and dump him last minute. She won’t as she is fully signed up to his “My Meg” nonsense. There was an interesting clip on Aftersun where Dejon was essentially blaming Shakira, Yasmin and Toni for talking bad about him and Meg, leading to such negative views of them from the public. No self awareness, blaming others and potentially isolating Meg further.

Meg’s friends and family should be very concerned.

I could see if it came to an island vote that Meg and Dejon just say fuck it and go. They’re both over being voted on badly.
If they know they won’t win they might as well go, get some damage limitation in before the others can have their say. And make some money.

I agree that Harry absolutely knew when he was kissing Helena, Shakira and Emma and he's just totally devoid of any emotion at all. I can't imagine anybody acts the way he does without terrible role models/a major trauma as he just appears dead inside. It's almost as if he wants to be despised - a psychologist would have a field day with him I reckon.

That’s true: the editing was pretty brutal. Close up on his face and all. I wonder the thinking behind that because I’d have thought they’d want to keep their only couple in? Or are they anticipating more complaints like they had with Harrison, so want to get them out first? Personally, it made me download the app to vote for my favourites.

I’d be surprised… I think Emma will be bottom Sadly I think Boris might be bottom man although I find him unintentionally hilarious. Maybe Dejon will also have more fans than expected of Meg has a big following apparently. But then again maybe he’s bottom and she’ll go with him because “I got my man.”

I don't think the producers are bothered about protecting an OG couple when they're clearly not liked. Especially since Mustard isn't playing the game anymore. If anything they'd keep him in for the drama, but not as they're the only real couple imo.

Dejon and Helena’s comments about Yasmin and telling Jamie to essentially keep her in line were very revealing. Dejon is all about women being seen to be backing their men and not showing their men up. Helena will run down any woman to any man in a pathetic attempt to look cool and score brownie points with the man.

I think the only reason Helena hasn’t tried it on with Dejon is because of her friendship with Meg. But one they are all on the outside, she’ll worm her way in.

I don't think they will - they said it would be later in the week. I also think Meg will get a lot of votes because she has a sizeable fan base. Sadly it will probably be the characters with the least screen time who get the fewest votes - eg Jamie, Billykiss, Ty.

However I would also like to see Dejon go, and either Meg or Helena.

I'd like mustard and Emma to go, as Meg will leave with him anyway. I assume islanders will get the final say though, so I guess it depends if top girl and boy get to pick again or if it's collective 🤔 Perhaps they won't let the top ones pick this time though, as it's a bit samey and they've mixed it up a lot this year.

Meg is too thick to get the ick. Plus the shift in Dejon started because of her hardline stance on no flirting etc that turned off his fun switch and made him into this grumpy bastard. It’s definitely got worse since they learned the public don’t love them, but it’s entirely their own behaviours that created the situation. They don’t have a happy contented couple mode where they can be a force for good, because it’s all founded on insecurity, envy, fear and the avarice of wanting to win. It’s gone from bad energy between them to them closing off into them against the world, needing to bring everyone else down. Except Harry and Helena, where it’s not needed as Harry is bringing other women down himself. He doesn’t give a fig for Helena and was trying to get Shakira to want him again. Thank god she’s wise to his BS.

Yes, she's secretly buzzing he was rude to the other girls as she thinks this shows how into her he is. A normal woman would see a man disrespecting another woman as a red flag, but not MyMug 🙄

In just a week or so, all of those in the villa will be back in the real world. If I was a parent of Meg, Lauren or Helena I would be very concerned. They have shown the world that they are accepting of having their emotions and boundaries being trampled on over and over again. That’s a green light to any potential abuser/con man.

I'd love for Meg and Dejon to recreate a Jake/Liberty situation, but it's only going to happen if the producers are in Meg's ear. She won't have the courage at this stage of the game to ditch him, though the public votes have definitely opened her eyes.

Nothing the producers dislike more than someone above the game and who doesn't participate, so I can see them manufacturing a way to get Dejon out.

Quite! He's effectively working, they've signed up to do all this shit, from fakey dancing and firepit rituals to snogging games and being pulled for chats. He was being arsey because he doesn't want to do it any more if he's not going to win and he's at his limit with taking any negative feedback from the women in there. He's a problem and they've cut it that way to make that clear before the vote. He can eat pasta to his heart's content when he's dumped from the island asap.

I hope they did tell Yasmin to approach Mustard at that precise moment, otherwise she's very rude! Yes, Mustard could have told her he'd talk to her when he'd finished, but more importantly, she should have waited... it's not as if she was off out for the night or something. I'd also probably have been off if someone felt the need to come between me and my food.

I know people here like Shakira and Toni, but wow they make first look bland today.

Id like the final vote this year to be for one individual to win and not for a couple as the couples are all jokes.
