Robert divorced Aaron from prison. Aaron was quite upset as Robert didn't want to see him once he went to prison.

Ah I was only joking. Robert has been a main character since he was a little kid played by a few different actors.

Never got all the Robron hype. Robert has been a horrible character over the years and I can't stand Aaron with all his angst and snivelling.

Oh im newish to Emmerdale and I remember a Robert from when I used to watch it in the olden days but he would be old by now. Has there been two Roberts? Who is this one related to?

Robert is the son of Jack Sugden, who was the son of the original owner of Emmerdale Farm, Jacob, husband of Annie.

I’m disappointed, waited all day to watch it (normally watch it earlier on ITVX), and don’t really know who Robert is, so not that exciting to me! I’ve been watching for probably 3-4 years
