It has been more compettive, in that Carlos has lost focus a bit and Lorenzo has really taken his chances.

still ignoring TP

Alcaraz will need to up his game significantly - he has had a bit of a break from tournaments recently, which showed in the Draper match where Draper seemed to lose a lot of his power shots presumably from playing so many matches recently (yes, I know it is clay but he was not making the shots he had made earlier in the week) and Alcaraz was clearly much fresher. But he stands no chance against Sinner based on his recent performances.

I actually think Jannik is lovely, he’s just scarily good. It says a lot that Carlos feels like a massive underdog when he’s the defending Roland Garros champion and has already won one clay Masters this season.
