It would be a good idea to move Casper's match- except I think the available court is the new Crappy Court, and maybe they won't want that one .

Under my new tournament rules, they should just get to go through, and cancel TP and De Minaur's match. They don't need to go through .

I only saw the start of the Arthur/Sascha match. and though Sascha was heading for the set, but it does look like they must have been trading breaks.
