Not entertaining viewing at all last night, might have to give up on this series which would be a first for me.

Lauren doesn't like Jamie as she doesn't confirm to her idea of femininity, she has opinions and voices them in public, rather than bitching in private and then simpering like butter doesn't melt. If Jamie can crack the facade then good on her.

Beginning to think Elliott isn't such an arse but more of a good judge of character in getting rid of Lauren so quickly.

Corina needs to run, so sad watching her justify his behaviour. They are always upset after they've hit a wall, a door, you until the day they aren't anymore & it's more often & it's your fault

Awhina was with her previous partner from her teens, wasn't she? She's leapt into this with Adrian, full on, intimacy from the first night - maybe she's unable, or unwilling, to see she's got this horribly wrong ... She's not got the experience of teen boyfriends, early 20's varied relationships, to suss out the bad blokes out there.

The people on this are at the whim of the experts / programme producers as to prospective partners. As in. Who is going to make good telly in terms of attractiveness, or batsh*t personal opinions. Does Awhina seem to be relying on the idea that Adrian has been chosen to fit with her? I'd prefer to think that than she'd chose to stay with this numpty for TV time. She looks so different from that bouncy bride of a couple of weeks ago.

Yes and not seeing family and friends regularly to cast their eye over behaviour etc.

Given that Alessandra referenced the friends and family bit being filmed, the ixperts should go back and look at it pronto. And then deal with Adrian.

I was hoping that they would play that interaction for all to see.

It would so good (and more appropriate) if they reviewed film footage rather than just take their word for it. They never show a recap and say “explain that”.

I assume the commitment ceremony goes on for far longer than we see and it’s edited down.

One year they did do an episode where they played footage. I think it was when Mick the farmer was on.

That was ten minutes of wasted time!

There are 2 clearly abusive men on this show, and not only the men but the TV programme is gaslighting the women that all is well.

There is no redemption for Paul, he’s shown violence to a woman he barely knows , on a TV show. And even if there were , Carina should not be with him. , it’s in her experience now what he can and will do if she upsets him . That is how control begins. That is why it is a red line.

Adrian hates Arwina and is emotionally abusing her. It’s honestly beyond acceptable now

Lauren probably has OCD and seems a complete control freak about household chores.
She also seems to hate being with people who are totally unlike her (so everyone else on the show basically) as they aren't behaving as she'd like, if what's about to happen at the retreat is anything to go by.
