It is. If she had just let Jordan take the lead and just offer suggestions about colours and the fabric. But give the actual design to Jordan.

Can’t believe Jordan is in the final five. Bad decision! Mia did need to go though.

Wow! I was convinced that Mia was golden and could get away with anything. Glad I was wrong.

I’m glad that Mia has gone. She’s made some bad decisions but managed to spin it, I think partly because she’s always calm & doesn’t get shouty when defending herself. Jordan & his ‘journey’ is also wearing thin.

What is his journey anyway?

I can't believe Mia has been fired. I thought she'd win, her and Chizola were by far the best candidates (imo).

I know he reacted petulantly but it was ridiculous that Liam wasn’t PM or even on the design team - really poor judgment from Jordan and he should have been fired for it

I thought Mia could have won - she was very calm and disciplined. A real shame she got this so wrong, but it was dreadful - Jordan should have stuck to his guns about the designs.

She is very arrogant. An ugly trait to have.

I haven’t seen any of that at all. Far far more arrogant people in there. Until tonight she had been superb and I completely disagree with the poster who accused her of spin. She did have to go tonight though. Personally I don’t get the love for Chizola. I don’t think she has been that impressive at all.

I would call Mia arrogant either, I'm amazed she got fired over Jordan. Thought she was for the win, though in isolation she was poor this week. However why was there no mention of how much of a push over Jordan was as project manager?

Another here that isn't too sure what his "journey" was. I mean the usual pessimistic and crrical Tim was so proud and impressed by him, I half thought Jordan had finally felt able to admit he's always wanted to wear a clock and crop top. If this was film, he'd have been in the boardroom in an elaborate ball gown and a Vegas style headdress.

This year feels more set up than ever. If some of them get an easy ride in the interviews it might push me to give up on it

Me too. Not a fan. He's not competent; relies on others totally. And yes I know he is in top 5 undeservedly in my opinion.

Yeah. She was a reasonable candidate up to this point.

I have had to repeat to myself we don’t see much of the discussions just an edited version so may have missed stuff that Alan, Tim & karren will be aware of.

Think I read somewhere that the boardroom meeting is about an hour long.

Still think it should have been (on this task) Jordan to go and not Liam.

Liam’s team set him up to be fired. Didn’t rate him but he should have been PM. Jordan has shown zero skills and as PM he showed no leadership allowing Mia to call the shots, if she’d left him to do the jacket, t shirt and trousers he was so keen on she’d probably be still there. His speech bore no relevance to the designs he hadn’t thought of. Found Tim’s 180 change of character bizarre. Very tired of the fake orders for the fake products pantomime. The whole episode looked totally orchestrated.

Yes I thought that and did you notice her smirking at the other team when she thought her team had sold to more but actually they didn't sell enough in the end, her face dropped....
