Surely Zack shouldn’t be donating blood having been HIV positive. Even if he is no longer a risk. I wouldn’t be happy getting blood from someone in that situation.

I don’t think he wanted to donate blood, I think he was trying to find out if he was Barney’s dad. And I don’t think Nicola would have HIV, I had a blood test for this when I was pregnant, so she would already know.
