Zac is Sharon's half sibling.
The actual parentage of those two I've no idea though , I get a bit confused there. I think they have the same dad , but it's vague.
I remember Sharon meeting him at a funeral with Kathy.

Same Dad-Gavin Sullivan played by Paul Nicholas!
Sharon was adopted and Zack in care.
Bit bizarre but he also turned out to be one of Kathy's husbands-I can't remember the story there.

I'm wary of writing things I haven't checked out sometimes as I'm usually wrong, but I did think that Paul Nicholas was Sharon and Zac's dad ( Gavin Sullivan ) and he was once with Kathy in SA ( when she was pretending to be dead that time for years !)
He ended up dead after he came for her because she was on the run from him.

Why are people not more attuned to Bianca's suffering? Especially Sonia!

It's strange that Phil got some kind of emergency mental health ambulance and immediate admittance to a mental health facility but Bianca was discharged after minimal medical care with zero mental health follow up or police involvement.

Agree that Bianca has been treated appallingly.

Sonia would have extra support from midwife and health visitor due to Reiss's behaviour, her prison term, and that he has died.
