How many times have you seen the Godfather?

I just turned it on halfway through and realised I practically know it word for word and I haven’t seen it for a few years. I must’ve watched it from being a child and seen It numerous times. Goodness they were all so handsome. I only saw Janes Caan in Elf the other day😀 I will stay up and watch the end. He’s just got married 😞

I’ve never seen it.

I hope I remember to record it as I forgot last night and am cross with myself!

Part 2 just has the edge on Part 1 for me, although both are sublime. Michael Corleone managed to be ice cold and smoking hot at the same time. Al Pacino never did anything which came close in the half century since.

Part 3 isn't actually that bad, Sofia Coppola's inability to act aside. Judged on its own merits as a standalone crime drama, it's actually quite good, but nowhere near as brilliant as the first two, which is why it gets such a bad rap. I don't think it should have been made. Some things just cannot be replicated.

I started watching it yesterday as I've never seen it. I remember the kids at school mentioning the horses head scene and people love it, but I've just never seen it all the way through or read the book.

I adore it nearly every scene is a work of art, so many brilliant lines, incredible acting.

I went to the immigration processing area of staten Island and thought of all the little dons making their way to America!. It's just sensational as a film history traditions immigrants etc etc etc power /politics
