I think Dan will get it just because he's clearly been Marcus's fave since day 1. But they all did beautifully.

Re cold food - I went to see Jay Rayner a couple of months ago. He said that although it looks like the chefs all finish at the same time there is time between them - half an hour I think - so that they all serve hot food. It's then edited.

Would love Dan to win but if George does that’s ok
