I like the amount of meat free dishes in the skills test this year. It shows that meat free doesn’t just mean the fuck you risotto, vegi lasagna or moving mountains burger.

There's a guy who comes to my street in his fish van. I've been trying different fish each week. I got tuna today, for the first time.

Those tacos look great, but I prefer my fish cooked, not cured.
