JB did not do well in that dance off. He's lucky he was against a weaker dancer. I'd have kept Paul.

I think it's good they acknowledged it was closer than it really should have been. Paul could have been saved if he hadn't gone into it expecting to go out and so not really caring about how he danced.

I couldn't do all the VT crap but would love to do a similar - obviously non sleb - show like this

On the subject of the extra pro dancers (the ones without sleb partners) why are they not on the credits? That seems a bit mean? No mention of them on the strictly website either.

With very 80's crimped hair. Not flattering.

Amy and Wynne both learned Welsh as adults interestingly. She did it on a telly show, I think he's a bit better because he has presented some S4C stuff. His parents were Welsh speaking from a Welsh speaking area but I don't think hers were, because she's from the South..

I feel mean saying this because I think as a person she's lovely, but does anyone else find Amy's choreography a bit too 'twee' and cutesy? They seem the same no matter who she's paired with too.

I feel a bit faint - an enjoyable pro dance and an enjoyable guest musical artiste. How did that get past the producers?

Perhaps they should make Oti the show's creative director.

I can't help think the Sophie Ellis-Bextor song would have worked for Hallowe'en Week. They'd better have an appropriate act next week.

I wonder if Sophie was pre-recorded? It would be a shame if Brendan missed an opportunity to 'this girl' her now she's 45.

I knew that about Sophie E-B, but it always seems surprising because she just doesn't seem like the type that would have a baby in her early twenties with somebody she'd known for about five minutes! I really liked her when she was on with Brendan.

I feel a bit sorry for JB after that. He did mess up a few times though. Paul really improved I think, and I wouldn't have minded seeing him for a few weeks more.
