Wasn’t the theme of that dance everything going wrong? Started with the door handle coming off in his hand and ended with the ‘seagull’ - the toilet paper thing was definitely one of the ‘bits’. It was weird, but it was def part of the dance

Yes, toilet roll was part of dance. Meant to show things going wrong, paint on him, toilet roll, bird poo.
