I understand Richelle's point. Orson has complete plausible deniability but I think was going for an effect there. dunno if it was his own idea or production's. Let's see what develops between Richelle and Nanu Nanu. She's obviously not getting a balanced edit and he's such a charisma free vacuum it's very hard to believe he's a working actor. I suppose he'd fill a fair bit of space as a non speaking extra, but that's about the limit of it.

If it was a mother living halfway across the country from her children, you would expect an incredibly sound and extreme reason and even then I think people would raise an eyebrow. Really, presence is the absolute bottom rung of parenting, isn't it?

@ExtraPaddingForFallingOver must admit I watch, but only half watch while doing other things. I don't like it when reality programmes have too many people in them, I like it to narrow down and get to more nitty gritty.

Suppose, despite reading more than enough MN to know how people can treat their partners and how many absent parents there are, I found it kind of hard to believe someone who'd one that would showcase themselves on a show like this. Should know better really.
