I need to catch up with it, the bits I saw before I left were crackers. I have no idea how it works. At one stage, I think one of the women seemed to be cleaning the floor with her hair.

I have seen Snoop at a few things. Dressed up for the equestian events was the best. He's really got into the spirit of it all .

I was reading how he's actually afraid of horses and asked Martha Stewart to accompany him because she's a horsey woman and he needed support! I was very confused when I saw him wearing all the gear and thought he was competing at first

Now that would have been interesting - they should have just let Snoop have a go at all the different sports that he was watching - I loved the picture of him and BJK

At first (when Snoop was doing the torch relay and stuff at the start) I wondered why he was there- but it seems he is really into the whole Olympic thing, and has attended a lot of stuff- far more than other 'celebs' who got their faces on the tv at the opening ceremony and haven't been seen since. He's been there the whole fortnight.

BJK looks like she was having a great time .

I watched the final of the women's breaking. I still don't get how they decide the winner. It's all a bit toosubjective- and the it's a bit ironic that it is new this time around, but actually isn't going to be at the LA games , apparently (and breaking started in the US).

I've just watched the highlights of the women's Breaking Raahh - no one really seemed to be able to explain the judging criteria - it was fun even though it is likely to just be a one off

Snoop will probably explode with excitement when the Olympics come to LA (although I fear he might have peaked too early!)

This morning I am watching the chaos that is horses at the Modern Pentathlon. (I'm going to get Olympics withdrawal next week, aren't I?).

I'm assuming the weather had something to do with why they seem very behind with matches in Montreal- which is not great considering Cincy starts next week (though I don't know if it 'starts' Monday, or if that is qualifying). Either way, some players have a lot to do if they are going to play both.

Dh has just sent me a video of how the djs at events are doing a great job this time around. A big argument broke out in the beach volleyball between the Brazilian/Canadian women's teams- and the Dj played 'Imagine' . The crowd joined in, and the server was smiling.

Every time I switch on they put golf on!

I've never got into golf- every time I turn on Eurosport, they seem to be showing repeats of diving or artistic swimming.

I will be sad when it's over- but then I suppose the Paralympics won't be far away .

And it's nearly the US open (although that's late evenings- which I'm struggling with at the moment).

He did very well- I'd be a rubbish judge- the ones that look ok to me, always score really badly .

His coach, Jane was so thrilled (and I'm sure his late coach Dave, who he dedicated his previous win to- would be very proud too).

Yes the judging is mysterious to me. I would give a gold medal to anyone who can step off a diving board backwards. I couldn't do it even if the board was on fire! Not that I'd go up there in the first place.

It's amazing how they do it. And how they get up one day and decide they want to!

I mean, running fast, or cycling, or throwing something a long way- all these things kind of make sense- but jumping off something in to water in a fancy way that could be really dangerous- that doesn't exactly come naturally .

I'm watching the women's weight lifting. The Dominican coaches are making me laugh. When she does well they look like they're shouting at her but are really kind when she fails.

It looks as if Stef took our advice and his Dad is no longer is coach - probably for the best really

Casper has withdrawn from Montreal- he's ill - giving Seb Korda the win.

Keith is through to the quarter finals- plays Arnaldi next, after ADF had to retire. He was doing well up to then.
