I feel sad the way that Emmerdale is going, watched it for donkeys and there's no need for this so called high drama all the time, how many 'big stories' do we need at any given time? How do the producers expect to carry on like this - what next? I fear it'll just implode on itself, haven't they watched the Classic episodes to see how it should be done? 😠

Exactly @Littlestmoo we need more ordinary village interactions but I can't see it ever being like that again unfortunately.

The big stories are crap because they never have any long term implications. People change character just to suit whatever is happening and when it's over it's immediately forgotten and on to the next issue or yet another one night stand pregnancy.

There's barely any humour except for Mandy's so called comedy.

All it needs is a good producer and it could be good again. They've got brilliant actors who are having to act out complete trash and really good writers who have to write whatever nonsense they're told to. It's so frustrating!

They try to do big stories but I'm afraid a lot of the actors aren't good enough to carry them off.

Mandy's comedy is cringeworthy and embarrassing.

I hate the way we don't see a character for months then suddenly they pop up again. It makes it all very disjointed. Compare it to Classic where everyone is there all the time- you can't

I honestly can't remember Chrissie being married to Robert 😕

She was, then he decided he was gay and tried to have an affair with her dad to cheat him out of his money.
Then he took up with Aaron.

So, I'm really really hoping that it was Kim that went back for Rose. That she's not killed her but she's hiding her somewhere because she knows what an absolute snake Will is and she's planning some sort of dastardly revenge on Will.

I mean, who the f*ck does he thinks he is talking to his wife like that? It's spoon face saga all over again.

Kim is not back sleeping in the same bed as Will so there is something amiss there, she doesn't trust him.

Hoping that Kim has got some master plan is the only thing that can salvage this shit show.

He didn't try to have an affair. He was setting Laurence up and let Laurence think they had sex after having too much to drink and Robert climbed into bed with Laurence whilst he was asleep. Robert never actually wanted an affair or to sleep with Laurence, just to con him.

And yet more nonsense. Dawn accusing Kim of trying 'everything' to get rid of Rose.

Erm, all Kim had to do was tell her to leave should she have wished. I'm baffled by this type of non-sequitur.

I'm really disappointed Kim didn't get horse cam out again and trap Rose and Will like she trapped Jamie.

OMG. They are really pissing me off with the way they're making Moira so ridiculously unreasonable. Chucking things again. She always had a temper, but once she saw sense that would be it. But they're making her positively unlikeable now. I'm not sure she's being much better than Tom to be honest. Constantly using emotional blackmail, throwing glass at Cain, shouting at him, making him feel worthless. How he's not a man, the family would be better off without him etc. Why is it appalling behaviour when Tom does it to Belle, but when its Moira its just a shrug and pah it's OK.
