That’s probably the last time I watched Emmerdale (farm) - my Dad was a fan

Just watching Katie v Paula - it is weird that they’re wearing exactly the same outfit including visors and sweatbands - you’d think they would have some sort of agreement not to wear the same kit (other colours are available!)

The crowd are a bit rowdy

Paula has managed to get back into it. She seems to have a few fans there.

I'm keeping an eye on the scores. The Aussies are battling it out.

Badosa won - not a great tournament for the Brits - Paula did have lots of support

Disappointing for Katie, she played really well but gave away the last game with a series of bad errors.

I missed the end. Well done Paula. I think the crowd support made a difference.

And Bublik has just won his match.

I watched the start of Katie’s match but missed the end. Disappointed to see she lost - she was close to being able to take that second set at one point. Not a great showing from the Brits - hopefully more luck when the grass season starts.

Looks as if it’s raining again in Paris (just score watching) - they’ve not had much luck with the weather this week

The weather’s been shocking hasn’t it. It’s particularly disruptive in these early stages of the tournament when there are so many matches to get through. Looks like the forecast there is for continued showers today so not sure when/if they’ll be able to resume.

It has been bad Ice - I was surprised that they managed to get through all of the matches yesterday

Stef lost the third set after winning the first two sets so that one’s going to last a bit longer

Just watched a bit of Carlos in my lunch break - Mac was admiring his thighs

I enjoy it when couples play doubles together, I feel like it should be compulsory Hopefully a good sign for Paula’s fitness, she’s had a rough run.

I heard that too fizzy. I find Mac a bit cringe, hopefully they’ll restrict him to the men’s matches.

I am having a mare of a day and it's only 2.30.

Saw a bit of Stef's match earlier. I thought Altmaier might take him to a fifth.

Ons is through after a bit of a mare in the second set - I only turned on at the end of that set so not really sure what went wrong. I want her to do well - she’s come so close in several slams now.

Now watching Carlos but have only been watching 5 minutes and Mac is already annoying me. Looks like this is going to go to at least 4 sets.

I had agreed to take DD2 into town shopping- doesn't look like I've missed too much, tennis wise.
Listening last night, the schedule had just about cuaght up eith itself, apart from the doubles, all the singles matches were on track. They will be on the back foot again now- with a back log of doubles matches to add to it.

And play is abandonned outside , today, I'm just hearing.
