Didn't watch much yesterday- was ferrying dh about who wasn't allowed to drive due a medical procedure. Plus, every time I turned on Sky it was a women's match with barely any commentary- or spectators. Matches wer still going on in Lyon and Geneva- but clearly since the Brits had lost we went to the 'next tier' of Sky broadcasting. .

I am assuming Eurosport/Discovery plus are still showing RG? I hope so. Even the limited coverage on Eurosport is better than Sky (at this time of year they can't take tennis off for skiing at least. More likely to be cycling

I didn’t realise that Djok had go a wildcard for Geneva - hopefully his poor form will continue!

I am very sceptical of Djok and his wc to Geneva. I don't buy the fact he is getting in more practice before RG- he wants a title. He's won nothing all year and sees this as an easier tournament.

And I see Domi Thiem lost in qualifying, so that's it for him and RG. Pretty sad the way he has been treated there, really- he's only 30, and at one time was the 'heir apparent' to Rafa on clay. A WC in his final year would have been fair. (Though I know RG are very picky about who they given them to).

it's making me really annoyed thinking about it. Australia is one thing- but Wimbledon ? But I know I'm not surprised. They love him. They would forgive him anything. His tennis mates who make excuses for him. Grrr.

And I'm glad people are commenting on the Domi fiasco. I know he didn't win it, but he was in two final, 2 semi finals.

I don't know if Premier Sports is showing Wimbledon this year. Otherwise I'll be stuck watching whatever the Beeb put on the main channels which will probably mostly be all the idiotic presenters talking rubbish.

Re RG, I read that Wozniacki wasn't playing there because she didn't get a WC and refused to play in qualifying. Don't know if that's true or not.
