Blimey! Well he was a dull character, but blimey! Totally unexpected. I saw the actor who plays Charles on morning TV last week, he gave no sign of quite what an unexpected twist to expect.

And as for Tom, I wish I could get hold of the syringe and subject him to a slow and painful death. But the SM outrage is crazy, I just don't understand how people can care more about a fictional dog than the reality of domestic abuse for women. It beggars belief.

@Mxflamingnoravera I care about that too, the dog was the final straw. I've never complained but I don't want to see that at 7pm (or any time) having been a victim of DA I care a great deal about that and they've done it so well up until the dog bit which was a step too far.

I agree with others that the Tom storyline has gone too far now, there's no need to bring the dog into it as well. He's a sick twisted evil and I hope he gets a slow and painful ending!

I find it odd how Chas is never in scenes with Tom. Surely she was step-mum to him for a while back there when he wasn't a psycho and would have a bit more to do with him since he's been back?

I was relieved it looked like Tom has so far just drugged poor Piper to make her drowsy, given he punched and burnt Belle I thought she was going to get booted for peeing on the floor. 🤞🏼I hope Lydia mentions Piper to Paddy/Vanessa/Rhona they rush over to help, do some blood tests to reveal the drugs and will be arsehole Toms downfall. Is Kim's pretty horse available to dish out more Dingle justice or stampede of Moira's cows, its an unfortunate risk of veterinary work.

Ethan was vaguely interesting this week too, although it made no sense to do a runner. Too early for hospital Thursday so no dramatic trolley scenes. Are relatives no longer allowed to travel in ambulances now?

Tom was a bit of a psycho before as well. He stalked Chas and terrorised her when he was a teenager. It was referred to when Tom first came back in as he apologised to Chas for his behaviour before.
