Yes go for a walk and bump into ruby

RaraRachael · 12/04/2024 19:40

God, this back and forth court stuff is so boring...... I was just about to say if there's any poppeting I'll scream - AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!

Jitterybugs · 12/04/2024 19:41

I wish they’d stop all the little hints about Ruby and Caleb’s past and just come out with it

xSideshowAuntSallyx · 12/04/2024 19:42

She's obviously not going to prison as the actress isn't leaving so this court room stuff is pointless.

Andthereyougo · 12/04/2024 19:44

I don’t think Mary ( or maybe the writers) realise a poppet was a doll effigy used in witchcraft. If you find one in an old house you’re not supposed to move it. I get creepy vibes every time Mary says poppet.

Edited

🤣 Just realised I’m watching on a delay of a min or so as you said that before Mary poppeted ! I’m at my son’s doggy sitting while they’re away for the weekend and I’m watching via the ITV app

JewelleryCat · 12/04/2024 19:47

What was the point of getting everyone back on court when the judge says that?

RaraRachael · 12/04/2024 19:49

@Gravelgraze I was just typing the word poppet when she said it so had to go back and edit it!

xSideshowAuntSallyx · 12/04/2024 19:50

Did her Barrister just sit there and let her shout at him?

JewelleryCat · 12/04/2024 19:50

Not guilty

Jitterybugs · 12/04/2024 19:50

And more annoyingly I’m inadvertently posting under 2 usernames. Unless I remember to rectify my name with every post I seem to be logged in under a previous username dating back to when I tripped on the pavement and grazed my 2 knees

xSideshowAuntSallyx · 12/04/2024 19:51

Do we now have to go through Rhona going for custody? 🥱

ilovebrie8 · 12/04/2024 19:52

lol Kerry!!

RaraRachael · 12/04/2024 19:52

Oh shut up Kerry - you're not 5 years old slurping your drink like that. So now the necklace is worthless hopefully she'll do a permanent disappearing act before the wedding planners and plastic gangsters catch up with her.

ilovebrie8 · 12/04/2024 19:54

Kerry come unstuck lol! Can’t abide her hope she disappears offski …

strugglingwithlife · 12/04/2024 19:55

Well said Poppet!

Jitterybugs · 12/04/2024 19:55

Oh God we’re going to have the custody battle next.

xSideshowAuntSallyx · 12/04/2024 19:56

Think Ivy would be better off in care at this point.

Andthereyougo · 12/04/2024 19:57

@xSideshowAuntSallyx thunk you’re right. Rhona’s obsessed and coming across a tad unhinged.

ilovebrie8 · 12/04/2024 19:58

jeez no not the custody battle next 🙈….spare us!! What was the point of the trial saga just pointless

PrincessScarlett · 12/04/2024 20:04

Well done Poppet!

PrincessScarlett · 12/04/2024 20:21

Agree that Rhona is coming across obsessed and unhinged. Instead of being grateful the jury sided with her, no doubt out of sympathy, she has taken it as a green light that she was entirely right in her behaviour and that she deserves to have Ivy.

A custody battle will cost a fortune. I'm sure Marlon will be thrilled about that.

DaisyStarburst · 13/04/2024 09:22

My children used to have sweets called Poppets!

bizzey · 13/04/2024 09:44

Ohh yes !
Were they chocolate covered bits of toffee and they came in a little box ?

DaisyStarburst · 13/04/2024 09:57

Yes Bizzey! That's them.
