If Haz was being blackmailed into harassing others then the blackmailer would need to be someone with a grudge against the victims. The only person we know of who has a grudge against Jane and Aaron are the woman who was in the house when David died and her ex - the couple who Nicolette was caught up with. So it could be that, but it seems unlikely to me because then why would he have been bugging Mackenzie's phone before?
if there is another Haz victim unconnected to that family then I'm sticking to my theory of evil twin or perhaps a psychiatric disorder.
When Mackenzie said she would be devastated to get a phone call like Aaron I assumed that she will be next to get a Hendrix-themed experience.
