Lucinda is incredibly annoying, I don't get it at all

I feel sorry for people who go in the show looking for love and they are given a ‘spouse’ who has been put on the show for ratings and should never have been accepted to take part.

I agree it's tough when people are given someone random. But people would be naive not to think there's going to be some factor that makes the relationship sparky/feisty/good for TV. Which is sad really and one of the things I love about First Dates!

Lucinda is a lovely person but I do find her way of speaking quite hard to follow. It seems that her DH (name forgotten already!) was starting to see past the initial woo scepticism and could see what a great person she is.

Five weeks after his dad died is awful quick though, I hope it doesn't end up that she builds his confidence and then he leaves her for someone more conventional.

I like Lucinda a lot more than I did on the hen night. She might be a bit much but her heart is in the right place.

If Omid Scobie relinquishes his mouthpiece post, Tim’s best man would be an interesting replacement.

On tonight's preview (last night?) when they showed the wedding of the kick boxer guy, I'm sure I saw Mitch (of Mitch and Ella) sitting in the front row of the grooms side....

They've done it on purpose. If you look at Pot Noodle's twitter page, they've making a big joke of how annoying the noise is. Damn them to hell! I will honestly never buy one again simply due to this. I have had to sign up for the ad-free version of ch4 to get away from the noise. Like nails down a blackboard.

Watching a day late. I record it so I can whizz through the ads! Jack/Tarzan is horrible. I don't like men that spend hours in the gym and make themselves look like that, to start with! Bad, bad haircut 🫣 And to add to that, he's a walking red flag.

I'm warming to Lucinda, she seems like a kind and genuine (if a little eccentric) person. I hope she and Tim can work it out because I think each could improve the other.
