We were shown Tristan writing a letter to Cassandra seating he has tried to kiss her because he respects her too much. That seems like a lack of attraction.

The ranking task is absolutely vile - how the ‘ixperts’ can even pretend it’s useful is utter wank. Tim was 100% right not to undertake it, and Richard has made himself completely un-fanciable (I’m his age) by being so pervy and unaware of how his words have deflated his very sweet wife.

He absolutely doesn’t deserve her. Where’s his common sense? He’s old enough and ugly enough to understand how they are being manipulated into conflict by the production team to create drama for the audience. Which is exactly why we aren’t seeing much of the couples who are behaving nicely with each other.

Why did she have to be paired with someone 10 years older than her anyway?

@AtlasPine is Richard 10 years older than Andrea? I know Tim is 10 years older than Lucinda as he said when he refused to do the task.
Tim’s lighting a fire / leaf blower analogy was hilarious! He seems like a decent chap.

What the shit, Jayden!! That was horrific! He should have just walked away or forgiven his ex if he really wanted. Not done that. How disturbing. Where do people get their ideas?! Porn, presumably. He'd seemed like such a mature guy too. I wouldn't be able to come back from that. It's not about whether it was deception, it was that his mind jumped from ' gf cheating' to 'shagging her friend in front of her as a condition for forgiveness'.

Tim was fabulous in refusing that task. He really showed Richard up as a dirty old get. He's more than old enough to understand the point of the task. Who'd want to know their partner is going round giving other women's appearances that much thought?

Lucinda needs to give Tim space, he's indulging her for now but even if it is a montage his discomfort is real.

Why was Collins still in the apartment if he was going to be so nonplussed about Nat's return?! Why on earth is she back? How frustrating.

I don't like to defend Jack but don't think it was wrong having old engagement photos on his phone. I doubt he looks at them every day and the task was to look at them most recent correspondence.

Yes, I thought the most recent correspondence would be each of them texts to their nearest and dearest saying what they thought of their new husband/wife - how come there was none of that?

They know that their partner will look at their phone so unless they want to create drama will keep it all very neutral.
I would have a second phone so I could keep my own private!

Tim was absolutely spot on, older men with older partners do not want to be ranking young woman based on looks, glad he stuck to his principles there. Richard came across v creepy, his poor wife.
Why do men always think well I had to be honest! No you don’t, pick your wife! Usually the wives pick their husbands but some idiots like Richard not the other way round, plus I really didn’t like his commentary he’s got daughters the same age.
The even bigger issue is why this misogynistic test is even in a tv programme, but of course it causes drama so that’s good for tv not so good for the woman involved.

I wouldn't allow my husband to look through my phone. It's so personal and intrusive, and it certainly doesn't show lack of trust by refusing.

I also had zero issue with Jack having proposal photos- as he said it was a big part of his life, and he shouldn't have to erase physical evidence of it

Lucinda and Timothy have proven themselves to be very moral. Tim was spot on about how grading women young enough to be his daughter is creepy. Lucinda is the epitome of glass half full.

I don’t even know what to make of Jayden’s confession. I’m baffled by the mechanics of the whole thing. I thought he was the nice brother but I think now I’d like to swap him with Mitch.

Ditti Collins, this must be a ploy to get him in front of the ixperts on the couch to have his arse handed to him on a plate. I hope Olivia Coleman is demanding a hefty fee for this.

I think living with someone in such a tiny space must be very difficult for them all and Lucinda would have a hard time giving Tim a lot of space. He clearly is struggling a bit but at the same time it’s hard to tell how unreasonably full on she’s being without the editing. One of the scenes they showed was clearly a pit stop while she was doing some cleaning for example. I guess time will tell how well they each adjust to the other’s preferences - she obviously is making him uncomfortable with the sex talk for example.

I still cannot understand Richard's grading at all - he's said over and over that he's pretty besotted with Andrea. So in the grading he kept emphasizing how it was on looks only, as if that explained why a 51yo wouldn't be nbr 1 and that she should be flattered.

However, he should have just said "Attraction is to do with the whole package, and absolutely nobody comes close to you. "

What he shared was disgusting. I don't think he should have shared it so early to Eden who had suffered from such a broken relationship before - and certainly not on camera. Perhaps he thought he needed to really be honest with her but he should have thought how that would affect her, plus how those watching the show, would be affected by it.

What he did plus the way he was so quick in saying he had no regrets, says a lot about him - and not in a good way. Or was he heading off a reveal by his ex and her friend - who he's now outed? Whatever - it was a foolish action by him. It will be interesting to see this discussed on a couch sessions. 🌹

I've just realised, if he has no regrets, then why would he reveal this in confessions week? It doesn't tally.

Suppose there's a good chance it might've been reported by the ex or friend and I suppose this was the best opportunity to get it out of the way. He seemed to acknowledge it was quite unsavoury and would sit badly with her even if he had no regrets for whatever reason.

Tim is my favourite right now, I think he’s one of the most genuine people we’ve had on. and Loved him refusing to do the ranking task. He’s right that no good can come of it and it’s just to put a cat amongst the pigeons!
