The Spanish (and probably others) have a word for “the spouse of your spouse’s sibling” - GC to AA- but I’m not sure they stretch to “your sibling’s spouse’s sibling’s spouse” which is the relation of VCM to AA!

I think she was out of her comfort zone with some of the tasks so I think if I remember rightly she couldn’t ride a bike or something So suppose bit like you or I would be, in control at “work” and giving off effective professional vibes but out of our comfort zone we’d not be.
