Sooooooooooooooo

22 kids is back. No doubt most have seen what they have been up to via their instagram /Fb pages but they are back for Christmas social and possibly new series

But I haven't seen it all. Know lots of holidays have been had which has annoyed many who can't afford to heat and eat and go for one weekend away

Let alone countless holidays

But let's see what happens in this Christmas special

Chloe and Jake’s split was orchestrated so she could move home, plead overcrowding with the council and get housed imo. It really annoys me that Sophie, Millie and Chloe are all in council houses when Sue pisses money up the wall on holidays, like it’s going out of fashion, every 5 minutes. I know anyone can apply for a house, but it doesn’t sit right with me.

purpleme12 · 29/01/2024 20:46

What do you mean? If she's old enough to live by herself then Sue shouldn't be supporting her financially so Sue spending money like no tomorrow isn't really relevant to that

But yes perhaps you're right actually about the split being orchestrated to plead overcrowding and get a council house

What I mean is, Sue and Noel are wealthy because they’ve sold their kids. They would be nothing without them. Instead of wasting hundreds of thousands of pounds every year on holidays to Disney World, and motor homes and brand new Porsches they should have given some of the money that the children earned for them back to them to help them on to the property ladder imo.

They bang on about what a wonderful family they are because they don’t claim benefits, which is not true, but then as soon as the kids need housing they send them to the council. Where are their savings accounts?

Overcrowding ? Surely in the 9 bedrooms they can share 😂

Plus Millie's bf moving in would be the same number

And would the council really move them into a place in 4/6w when space in the house ?

I assumed sue paid for the flat /6mths rent etx

Am considering no longer watching this programme. It is too unreal.

BlackWitchyCat · 30/01/2024 08:29

I haven't seen this week but on the last episode I thought it said Katie's bf was moving in. Is Millie's too?

purpleme12 · 30/01/2024 08:37

I thought Millie lived by herself now

purpleme12 · 30/01/2024 08:38

Oh I see why you said Millie.
@Blondeshavemorefun said Millie's boyfriend by mistake. She meant Katie's boyfriend

Blondeshavemorefun · 30/01/2024 09:07

Yes sorry. Yes Katie. Not Millie

I noticed she was wearing a 4K bracelet earlier!

All of the big families are absolute car crash TV. The Radfords seemed so good and wholesome until they started vlogging and doing channel 5. You can really see how dysfunctional they are, and how reliant they are on the money. It must be awful to grow up in a household where your mother says after number 5 or so you don't feel another one (Alexis Brett). They are just accessories to them 😢.

StrawberryJellyBelly · 30/01/2024 16:25

@madderthanahatter the family who live in Dundee seem to be doing well and don’t lurch from one issue to the next.

The family who live further up north - the parents enjoy the camera too much. They remind
me of the saying ‘I love me, who do you love’.

Blondeshavemorefun · 30/01/2024 16:35

Interesting about the other families

Surely Chloe wouldn't have got a council flat in days /weeks

Esp as 2 homes to choose from.

Def think flat is rented by ma and pa

The Hanns are the only decent, non chav family from the lot of them. And all of these "this pregnancy is such a surprise" women. Surely after you've had 10+ kids you'd realize that unprotected sex is the cause 🙄🤔.

Fizbosshoes · 30/01/2024 18:16

I really don't see how they can parent all that well with that many children. Becoming a parent is the easy(ish) bit and they're obviously very good at that, but parenting is an ongoing thing and I feel I would be stretched thin with eg 5 children let alone over 20. I only have 2 children (I know obviously people can be good parents with a lot more children) but last year we had lots of uni visits to do with DD, this year she's in a show which has lots of rehearsals, I'm volunteering at some of those. Both DC do activities which I take/pick up from, I literally don't know how you would facilitate any of that. Even without extra curricular stuff how would you manage to go into school for assemblies/shows/awards etc with so many other children to pick up (or pre school ones to look after). They must hardly ever get any one to one time

mponder · 30/01/2024 18:57

Exactly. Sports day and parents evening often clashed. It was such a headache and I only have 2.

school discos meant we had to be there twice as long waiting for the youngest to finish and then the eldest to start.

I honest don't think they can ever go to sports day, parents evening, discos, friends houses, clubs or even the dentist etc.

This is the stuff we want to see on the programme!!!

Chloe, Millie and Sophie are definitely in council housing. We all know the time lines are manipulated for telly purposes so it probably wasn’t a couple of weeks.

Last series they tried their best to hide the fact that Millie has a council house too.

Blondeshavemorefun · 30/01/2024 20:26

It is wrong as their parents onv have tons of cash to go to USA etx

I've been rewatching the old one. Have seen before

16kids they renew vows after 20yrs

17 kids preg with 17 the one they lose. What I didn't reliese what that she found out at her 12w scan no heartbeat

Which obv is horrible and can't imagine what it must be like

But from the memorial grave etx I assumed and says stillborn that she was more like 5/6/7mths preg and gave birth to 'Alfie'

Stillborn is when born dead after 24w

Not 12. That's a mc

She didn't give birth to alfie

Anyway also in 17 Chloe goes to uni to study childcare so not sure how /why was back making pies

And average they spent £3k on Christmas in that series

She had a m/c at 12 weeks, then Alfie at 20 weeks. Technically it's not a stillborn, but she gave birth to him and he was a 'real' baby, she shared pictures of him.

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/02/2024 19:00

Ah right. So the 12w mc wasn't alfie. That makes more sense

I didn't understand the stillborn big

So lost 2 babies in a row. That's tough. No matter what people say about them as a family it must be horrible to lose 2 babies

OP posts:
CarolChristmasCake · 03/02/2024 12:03

Really horrible to lose a baby and have a miscarriage but the Doctors and health professionals were telling her she is putting a terrible strain on her body and really risking her health by having any more. But the selfish woman gave no fucks about leaving her existing children motherless, in her selfish quest to have more babies so she continued…again and again and again.

Blondeshavemorefun · 03/02/2024 13:01

True. Why rush having 18 19 20 21 etx

Because her whole identity is tied to getting pregnant and producing more babies. I don't think she's ever said she really loves children? She loves pregnancy, buying the newborn stuff, buying a pram...she once said there is no better feeling than bringing a newborn home for the first time. It's very reminiscent of some sort of psychiatric disorder. To be fair most of the mums in the Kids and Counting were the same. No education, became teenage mums, when they stopped having babies they split up from their partners, stating the marriage had been abusive and pregnancy was a form of control.
It's like Michelle Duggar. She lost a baby at 20 weeks, she had eclampsia in her next pregnancy and her micro preemie was ill for a long time. Anyone would think that after having 20 kids and that very traumatic experience with last 2 pregnancies you'd just take stock of what you have, but no, she was off to a fertility specialist to get hormones to help her "catch" a baby 😩

madderthanahatter · 03/02/2024 15:20

And I used to read the Radford threads on Tattle but I cannot abide by the way Sue gets spoken of. She was a 13 year old who was groomed, and is still in that relationship. She had a blog years ago and it was something like a primary school child would write. If she doesn't have some sort of LDs then she has trauma related regression. She always comes across as very child like and unable to see any perspective other than her own.
