Annabel & Nigel got my votes

Aquarius1234 · 25/11/2023 20:35

I'm so glad Anglea has not once been in the dance off, as I feel the judges aren't fussed on her.

AnneShirleysNewDress · 25/11/2023 20:35

Nigel and Annabel for me.

RainInNovember · 25/11/2023 20:36

3 votes for Ellie today. I'm not voting tactically anymore, if I love their dancing they're getting the vote.

dollybird · 25/11/2023 20:36

Pmk

Mzrcd · 25/11/2023 20:37

I feel like Anton was trying to emulate Craig with his comments then Craig wrong-stepped him by changing intensity to intimacy Grin

Bluffinwithmymuffin · 25/11/2023 20:37

Changed 3rd vote from Ellie to Layton at the last minute. She's so safe.

pinkteddy · 25/11/2023 20:38

Voted twice for Layton and once for Nigel.

Totally thought that said pink then and couldn’t work out what you meant! I might be a bit tired…

Jeff seems to have had a really difficult start in life (and Jade's childhood was not easy either). Looking on Wikipedia:

Brazier was born Jeffrey Carl Smith on 27 May 1979 in Bracknell, Berkshire.[5][6] His mother Janette Smith was sixteen at the time of his birth, and Brazier was temporarily placed in a foster home after she became unable to cope.[7] She married his stepfather Robert Brazier in 1985, whose surname he adopted.[8] Together, they had Brazier's younger brother Spencer who has cerebral palsy.[9] After they split, Brazier and his brother lived in a women's refuge in Great Yarmouth.[8] Brazier's biological father, Stephen Faldo, who initially denied paternity, was the skipper of the pleasure boat Marchionesss^, which sank on the River Thames in 1989 after being hit by a dredger, killing him as well as 50 others.[10]

Same votes and same rationale from me.

MeinKraft · 25/11/2023 20:39

First interesting dance off of the year, I worry it'll be Angela v Layton so I'm voting for Angela.

Choux · 25/11/2023 20:40

So many Layton and Angela votes on this thread... if that's representative of the total vote we could end up with an Annabel v Nigel dance off.

FitYeDaeinYeMadRadge · 25/11/2023 20:30

I’m giving my 3 to Layton and Nikita.

And me.

Bloody hell, there's a lot to unpick there! Jeff's clearly a great dad (and I like his decorating choices!)

BadgersBumChin · 25/11/2023 20:41

Annabelle x 3 here - she’s not stage school or acting background and really has been on that ‘journey’ from a timid little mouse to paso doble firecracker (plus I absolutely love love love Jojo and his weekly cry). She’s what Strictly used to be all about in the good old days before box-ticking

Nigel goes then, which is probably right for this stage

Haha, just wanted to quickly get on the new thread, but DH has gone to empty the dishwasher, so having a quick read 😁

I didn't realise this. Of course I knew Jade had a difficult start, but had no idea about Jeff's background.

Stigsmother · 25/11/2023 20:42

Thanks Eine 😊

Inkanta · 25/11/2023 20:42

Yes I think Nigel and Annabel dance off.

belgiumchocolates · 25/11/2023 20:42

Angela and Nigel need the votes as they are below Layton with the judges
