Not sure about Gus's outrage at Rhona's appearance at the hospital then threatening to call the police - seems a bit odd seeing as Rhona has a greater case to phone the police after his theft of passport and fraud to obtain the embryos.

I'm beginning to think I'm blacking out during Emmerdale because I only remember Rhona hiding under the window.

There was some sort of altercation in the corridor between them. Mary went to the hospital as she suspected Rhona was up to good and miraculously got into the maternity department. It's time they upped the security at that place. It's ridiculous how all and sundry can wander in.
