The show has been a farce since they adopted the Aus format. Ixperts have no say on anything they are given some shortlisted scouted influencer wannabes to match up. Ella and JJ are back because the producers want drama and to get good metrics on media coverage, social media comments etc

This year is even worse as most of the drama happens off screen oddly.
