Horrible

Why was no one around to help

Jitterybugs · 22/11/2023 20:37

Sad I hate bullying

I can’t bear it. I know it’s not real but it actually makes my stomach churn

JaneJeffer · 22/11/2023 20:44

Sean seems to have borrowed JJ off MAFS jumper

Inkanta · 22/11/2023 20:45

That was a rubbish search - should have checked down legs and socks.

I was just thinking the same.

Sad I hate bullying

Me too, found that really upsetting, bless his heart 😢

thenightsky · 22/11/2023 20:51

Who was the little blond boy playing video games with Liam?

strugglingwithlife · 22/11/2023 20:52

Jake, Issy and Gary's son

JaneJeffer · 22/11/2023 20:52

Alright Jenny enough with the monologue

Itham · 22/11/2023 21:00

Mason's a cracking bully though, good acting, he scares me.

strugglingwithlife · 22/11/2023 20:52

Jake, Issy and Gary's son

Thank you

CheatingCheetos · 22/11/2023 21:23

Does Mason wear false lashes? They’re very prominent.

AutumnCrow · 22/11/2023 21:33

JaneJeffer · 22/11/2023 20:52

Alright Jenny enough with the monologue

That needed Elgar's Nimrod playing in the background to a crescendo.

And for Daisy to say, 'all right, Jenny, it's just a sodding pub, luv'.

strugglingwithlife · 22/11/2023 22:17

thenightsky · 22/11/2023 21:04

Thank you

No worries

Honeyroar · 23/11/2023 00:19

The lad playing the one being bullied is doing it very convincingly.

Hellendegenerate · 23/11/2023 00:43

Just as I mention Simon never having a storyline they go and give him one 😐 but am wondering how that will go 😕

The bullying situation though is horrible and I suppose it was only a matter time before the subject was raised. Oh Liam, that was so sad to watch him sobbing in bed.

Mason will get what's coming to him soon enough hopefully but young Liam looks so desperate I hope the writers don't get it wrong.

JaneJeffer · 23/11/2023 00:50

If only Bet Lynch was around

Hellendegenerate · 23/11/2023 01:07

So Arcraigy has been demoted! Back to plodding the cobbles in a high viz vest. He looked almost smart in his suit so what's all that about? Plus is it realistic for a p.c. to patrol the street he lives on?

Ellenanora7 · 23/11/2023 02:00

Fair play to Jake calling the police, he's the only one with any cop on.

Dylan needs to speak up, I know he's scared, but Liam is terrified for god sake.

The search was pathetic, checked his bag and his arms, end of search 🤦

Would we actually miss The Rovers if it never opened again, there hasn't been anyone in it since covid restrictions were lifted, well apart from a stalker and a serial killer of course.

BarbaraCadabra · 23/11/2023 11:01

It might help if Sean would stop with the drama queen shouting and screeching his supposed support and concern for his son.

Clawdy · 23/11/2023 11:50

Sean has to be the most obnoxious character on the street now, and that's saying a lot! Seems unlikely Dylan would want to carry on living with him.

eggandonion · 23/11/2023 12:04

Hope could sort Mason out. Poor Liam.

I did wonder if someone had cocked up the continuity when I saw Craig back plodding the beat.

Shellingbynight · 23/11/2023 16:29

I didn't watch last night and reading your comments I won't bother to catch up! Did they refer to ArCraigy being back in uniform?

@AutumnCrow I thought exactly the same about equity release so I googled, and you can buy back. I suppose they are trying to show continuing consequences from Stephen’s reign of terror like they did with Hillman (Hillman remortgaged Gail’s house).

Gareth Pierce (Todd) is brilliant, I knew him from The Archers where he used his Welsh accent. He really needs a decent storyline of his own although not much hope of that nowadays.

I agree with the comments about a cast clear out. The Baileys would be first on my list, Dee Dee is great, Ronnie is okay, but the rest can go in the bin. Aggie seems to have taken the hint and disappeared off her own bat.

Mason is terrible, they seem to be trying to replicate Aiden (from the Hillman years) who was a similar character but much more fleshed out and a good actor.

Who wants to bet the Rovers will reopen in a few weeks looking more or less the same, with all the same staff.
