Is the Lydia storyline going to drag on until Christmas? Is Gabby off? Charity and Liam prospects? Belle and Tom more misunderstandings? Mary another disastrous date? Chas is due a romance surely? And finally, fuck off Wendy.

I'd keep all in my thoughts 🤣 but seriously, I've been barely paying attention for weeks. The list of annoyance far out weighs anything interesting.
I might give it until Christmas, see how I feel then.

My guess for tonight would be Chas.

When is Super Soap week? I'm hoping that a lot of these stories that nobody is remotely interested in will come to a conclusion then, If not, I'm afraid it might be for the Christmas "special".

Claudette looked great, she looks sooo much younger irl, they are really doing her dirty in the make up/costume department.

I just think Harry made up the daughter, that he’d done his homework on Chas. Chloe’s sister was older, I suppose he could have made her younger but not sure to what end, but I just don’t think he’s Damon or Chloe and Amy’s bio dad Tony (had to look up his name), as there’s no reason for him to have changed from Damon or Tony to Harry

In other words, Harry is yet another pointless character dragged in out of nowhere that we won't care less about.

I'm totally confused about the Damon/Tony thing.

@JaneJeffer so if I remember right, Chloe was brought up by the Harris family, believing her dad was Damon (a gangster). It was then revealed by Kerry that she was really her baby with her on/off bloke Tony (a wrong’un), who was also Amy’s dad, and she gave Chloe to her friend and her friends husband (Damon) as they were struggling to have a baby - but then managed to have Chloe’s sister who Sarah got the heart of. And everyone is suspicious that Harry (another gangster) who is pretending to Chas he’s called Simon, is really one of Chloe’s dads (I’m not convinced though).

Nothing confusing about it really…. 😂😂 soap’s are ridiculous!!

Thanks @buzz91 I thought Damon was Amy & Chloe's dad and forgot about this Tony. Did we ever see him? I'm guessing not. I can't remember if we saw Damon before either or just heard him on the phone.

I quite like Amy when she's not involved with Kerry or Chloe

I don’t think we’ve ever seen Tony or Damon, everyone suspected someone Al was involved with last year was secretly also Damon, but that came to nothing

No we have never been blessed to have met Damon or Tony.

Clinging to the Harry Chloe link (because surely one gangster is enough in Emmerdale) if he can pretend to be Simon when he's not Simon then it's not a huge leap to suggest that he might have changed his name numerous times over the years 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm actually on Chas's side tonight. Paddy has no right to tell her who to invite round. Plus he slept on the sofa so nothing actually happened between Simon/Harry and Chas.

The lack of content in these episodes compared to Classic is shocking. Shrinkflation soap style.

Is it just on tv that folk stand at graves and talk out loud to the deceased? I’ve honestly never come across it in real life. It seems to be a regular occurrence in soaps and usually when someone is listening in the background. That and sitting praying out loud in the church 🤷‍♀️
